First off, this company suffers from a lot of the issue’s that a lot of trucking companies suffer from that are in no way specific to this company.  For example: no paid border crossings that are often 2-3 hours (with a possibility of multiple times per week.  No compensation when dispatchers poorly schedule loads that can cost you hundreds of dollars in a week in lost potential earnings.

Some downsides to this company are some of the dispatchers are not very personable and don’t know how to talk to drivers like human beings.  They also really drop the ball often when it comes to scheduling loads.  They don't get all the pertinent information when booking a load that you may need from them and often ignore your messages.

Sometimes can be very difficult trying to get necessary replacement equipment for securement when other people have removed then from trailers

Management is decent and you can talk to owner pretty freely but will often side with dispatch team on everything and never seems to accept responsibility for wrong doings on that side of business.

Equipment quality/cleanliness is really hit or miss.  

The only real upside i would have to say is  that the milage pay rate is decent and the earnings can be quite good when the when the load scheduling is on the ball and you are maximizing your miles.  This doesn’t always happen that much though.  

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this company to others.

Not recommended . Do not work here

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything .  They breathe down your neck 100percent of the time . No privacy in truck as ther e is a camera facing yoU in the cab.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
None. Don’t recommend . Nothing good here

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving driving driving. Get to yard make any mistake get “retrained”

Lots of typical days in this company and very very unprofessional dispatchers don’t know how to talk drivers they don’t don’t respect drivers and they don’t have social manners if somebody says hello to them they didn’t reply
