I recently joined Provident Energy Management and I couldn’t be happier with my onboarding experience. The onboarding department here truly goes above and beyond to make new employees feel welcome and prepared for their roles. From the moment I stepped in, the team was incredibly organized and attentive.

The process was seamless and well-structured. All the necessary paperwork and training materials were readily available, and any questions I had were promptly answered. What impressed me the most was the personal touch they added to the onboarding process. They took the time to introduce me to key team members across various departments, helping me establish connections right from the start.

Was lead to believe this was a tight nit family once offered position. However once I was in it was toxic and not at all how family members are treated. 
Leadership was unfair, untrustworthy, very self focused on blame and adding pressures to frontline staff. 
Be mindful and do a deeper review on the persons your organization has in the workplace already.  This company is not at all for the employees it is for them. 
Not at all a healthy positive inclusive environment. 


Happy to say that that I've been with Provident just over 2 years and in that short amount of time I've managed to work my way up quite quickly. The upper management are supportive and believe in succession and will work with you to get to where you want to be. The team dynamic is fantastic and getting to work with a tight knit group of people makes work feel less like work.  

Manager treated employees poorly, under-trained employees, felt sorry for some after verbal abuse in office, management only cares about money and treats employees like they're easily replaceable, no environmental initiatives, need I say more? Not enjoyable and could see more experienced employees were worn by management, most enjoyable part was going home, do not recommend for people seeking advancement

Wonderful management including Automation & Metering staff, operators, technicians and other staff. Friendly, polite, humble, and always ready to help new employees.
I really appreciate they trusted me and hired me based on my entry-level and academic experience.
Amazing company to startup with.

The salary for what the position is, is actually pretty solid. The assistance I've received from colleagues within my team and from other teams has been amazing. While the office itself could use some tidying up, the individual works spaces are pretty solid and good sized. Good benefits, 3 weeks vaca to start.

Very Controlling Senior Management
Allow people to be yelled at
People not placed where their strengths lie
Moral is at an all time low

My year at Provident was very stressful as there was very little structure to many of the job duties and processes. Suggestions were met with skepticism and disdain. Culture was very high school.

The managers treat people based on the relationship they have with the individual.  If the manager doesn't like you watch out!!
A lot of favoritism, they do not treat employees right.

It is a good company with friendly atmosphere. However it is very fast-paced with low salary. There is not much room to improve your skills, but great to work for.
