To whom this may concern,

In my current job, it was necessary for me to speak my first language, Greek, since most of the customers were of Greek origin. On a daily basis, I would help customers find products they were wishing to buy and give them further information on the product. My job responsibilities were to aid customers and be a cashier to them. On occasion, management would ask me to clean shelves and do planograms. When the pharmacy was extremely busy, the lab technicians in the lab would ask me to help them out and give them an extra hand, such as counting pills. 
In the last two years at the pharmacy, I have learned a great deal about team work and interacting with customers. I am an enthusiastic person, and enjoy working as part of a team. Moreover, I love serving people and I am very comfortable with stressful, busy environments. The most enjoyable part of my job is to see the appreciation a customer has when I have helped them. Yet, the hardest part of my job is not being able to satisfy a customer when the pharmacy does not have a product they are looking for.

friendly environment. Learned how to answer the phone politely, take orders offer the phone for customers and pack them to be delivered. other co - workers were friendly, easy to get along with, and were happy to help whenever i needed help or had any questions.

The job was very easy and relaxed however I worked at the company for a few years and was never able to get a raise. There were no benefits. Not the companies fault since they don’t set the wages or benefits, just very stingy store owners who couldn’t even bother to know any of their employees names after all these years.

At proxim pharmacy, I worked at the cash and along side the pharmacist. I was in charge of prescriptions and customer service. I worked closely with the owner in order to provide the best experience for customers

It was a nice experience overall. The staff was nice but there was so little to do even if one was looking for tasks. It suits some but not me personnally.

It is a Fun job, fast paced, great team spirit.
Pay is a little low but it is a good entry level job when it comes to doing deliveries and similar tasks. Good for experience.
