Touring the scheduled site daily at least once a week with the client to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner with contractors and to review with client when work done satisfactorily

Company does not supply needed supplies or equipment.
Very little support. You must be able to fix broken down equipment and work very fast as there have been cut backs in hours but amount of work stays the same. Pay checks are usually wrong. Then you have to fight to get paid the hours you worked

Do not work for them! If you have worked full hours they are supposed to provide medical coverage and I worked for these people for 8 years and never received it. They lost a contract at the bay and other stores and didn't not provide me help in any way in finding a new job even if they were at fault.

I learned a lot in this job, how to get along with my co- workers and my District Supervisor, Clients and Managers of the company I'm assigned to clean. There is no such thing as an easy job, but most importantly if you put your heart and love in what you do everything is possible and easy.

A typical day involved reviewing a checklist and completing the tasks.
Scheduled work in collaboration with management to work around head office visits.
Hardest part of the job was loading and unloading the machinery into and out of the location.

My mother works for them. Horrible pay for working with them for 5 years. Still at minimum wage. Expects her to get 2 floors in a retail store done in 3 hours... does not supply with correct equipment and supplies to do her job efficiently.

Working for this company was very rewarding.  They take care of their employees and try to give them all the training they need.  I had a very good experience while I was employed with them.

I found Quinterra property maintenance to be a good company to work for. The only issue I had with them was the distance.  Company is located pretty far from the city of Vernon.
