RESTAURANT BATON ROUGE

Being in the restaurant business for so many years, I have acquired a solid understanding of what the overall experience should be like for customers.  As a restaurateur, I have also learned how to managed objectives and motivate your co-workers to achieve goals. The hardest part of the job is not having any customers, and the most enjoyable part of the job is having plenty of customers in restaurant having a pleasant experience.

A good place to work as a stepping stone to save and pay student loans. Typical day is very demanding physically however I really enjoy working with the public and to work in a team oriented environment. I am still able to use my selling capabilities.

One of the dirtiest kitchens I have ever set foot into. No standards and no respect for food. Nightshift just seems to walk out when it’s closing time. Nothing is wiped down or wrapped properly. They serve old discolored food to clients. This is not a kitchen. It’s a nightmare

The title says it all pretty much, I’ve watched about 30 people walk out on this job. I’ve done 3 different jobs at the same time to make $1 an hour in tips. The boss will scream at you in front of everyone and the managers will talk behind your back to everybody there. 

Fast-paced environment great team work and interesting place to work. Very enjoyable. Became a much better server because of that place and the training they give you
