In my time working there, you can excel if you put in the hard work and be coachable to management. Leads are provided and you will spend the majority of your time making calls and following up with new and current clients with emails. Management is incredibly supportive and possibly one of the very best I had the pleasure of interacting with. The Regional Manager is quite possibly the most approachable and soft-spoken, humbly charismatic, and driven managers I have ever had the privilege to know. They will have your back at all times.

Workplace culture can be supportive and everyone is friendly to help each other out. They are not immune to forming groups so there may be feelings of isolation if you do not interact properly and always keep learning. 

Compensation structure is incredibly lucrative, but as with lots of other commission-based companies, will require a lot of sacrifice in the beginning and even the very best can find it difficult to continue. You will need to have extra income reserved at first and if you are able to overcome this then it will get easier. 

If I didn't have a personal situation come about, I would happily be working there still. If you want a company that will really invest in your success and you want to commit and learn from their best then this company is for you.

A typical day at RPM Home Team is full of energy, teamwork, and constant growth. I’ve learned more here about people, communication, and real-world success than I ever did in university or any other job. Management, especially Jonas, is truly exceptional, he’s like a best friend, dad, and therapist all in one, always guiding and supporting us. The workplace culture is positive, uplifting, and built around helping each other succeed. The hardest part of the job is pushing through the early struggles, but that’s also where the most growth happens. The most enjoyable part is the freedom, the supportive team, and watching yourself hit goals you never thought possible. 
I recently got promoted to Assistant Crew Coordinator, and the focus as leaders is always on helping people push through the initial financial and mental struggles while building the self-belief to truly grow. Learned lot about myself and d2d sales how to be assertive. Management is great they really care about there employees success.
Loved the culture. Hardest part of the job was weather conditions.most enjoyable was meeting new people at door and working with great staff and sales team   If you're looking to get into sales starting with d2d I highly recommend rpm they have great training from experienced d2d sales people. They are always there to support you and give you the direction you need. It is commission only so make sure you have some savings cause will take month or 2 to get enough experience and skill to make decent money. Only had good experiences working at Rpm amazing group of people and leaders. Wouldn't recommend this job for anyone who isn't willing to get out of comfort zone and get denied at the door constantly haha.

The work day is from 10 in the morning to 7 at night. Add these extended hours to the horrendous pay and toxic environment, making you miserable. They'll claim the training period is paid but then do not pay you. They make you work on holidays and then get mad if you decide that spending said holiday with loved ones is more important than being forced to work for 9 hours. The people out on the field with you are often toxic, and fake, and will lie about you and stab you in the back as soon as they can. The management is a joke and treat it like it's your fault people aren't welcoming to door-to-door salespeople. For the work you do, you should at least be paid minimum wage, but they don't even give that courtesy. I would not recommend working here if you value making a living wage and paying rent on time

Great environment, super supportive group. Had one of the best bosses I've ever had working here. If you're not lazy and can deal with lots of customers saying no to you, you can make great money. I made the biggest paychecks here than any other job I've worked at, and I've done a lot of jobs. For personal reasons I had to move back to BC otherwise I'd still be there.  They have an awesome reputation in the industry (attic insulation) and do top quality work, (if you're selling something you gotta believe in it lol)
Its not for everyone, but pays great if you're willing to do it.

The teams are amazing, everyone is all aiming for the same goals. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of anything to fall back on. Your wage depends on how well you can sell, if you can't sell then you don't get paid. Even a base pay would be nice

All round very good managment like to keep everyone motivated and the staff and supervisors out in the field give great coaching 


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meet at the office, brief and go out into the "turf" to door to door work to sell the products available

They do daily motivation and address all questions and concerns at the start and end of the day. You need to work independently but there is always support if you need it. The office manager is great support for keeping you accountable and help you fight objections. The recruiter is an awesome emotional support when you are having a hard time staying positive, she is always there to uplift you. The team has a great balance of understanding, supporting and motivating their people. What I also liked about it, is that they work with each person individually and respect everyone is different as well learns at different speeds.

senior management is a group of alcoholics. They know how to party.

Senior management is a bunch of alcoholics. They know how to party hard. Some work hard but none work smart. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
generally a culture of verbal abuse and manipulation. big on "thanks guys, here is a pizza party" level of management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calling people, then getting told we are booking enough. Wondering why closers don't close then some more calling until the end of the day.

Very poor, minimal training as a sales rep and it’s not paid. 100% commission so you’re trying to sell overpriced services on inadequate training as well. The management really doesn’t care about your well-being and would make you work longer hours if leads are not being generated since it costs nothing for them. A greedy organization as they basically expect you to break your back and sell their overpriced attic installation while you get nothing in return but a sub-par commission rate in comparison to how much the service costs. The high turnover rate for this job explains itself, don’t even bother applying for this.
