What is the best part of working at the company?
Great management, excellent team always ready to help and cooperate.

Process orders in an specific time frame but with organization and a previous plan is absolutely possible.

Ready to provide the best service to the customers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Receive orders and customers inquiries, process them, check inventory and deliver products to customers in a satisfactory time manner.

They Always overload their dump trucks and live bottoms. It'll only be a matter of time before your caught by the MTO. The hours weren't great, only 40-50 per week with bi-weekly pay it's terrible. You only get two fifteen minute breaks a day and they don't want you combining them, so you can actually eat a proper meal. They track their trucks with GPS so if you stop for more than 15 minutes they're calling you asking you what's taking you so long. They have a high turnover rate because they hire new drivers but once those drivers realize what it's like they drivers leave.

Great crew that I was a part of. Company took care of their employees. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting up at 4:30am everyday and afternoon rush-hour. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly, tight knit, like a family. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wake up at 4:30am, get to yard by 6:00am, load truck up, and drive to jobsite in Mississauga, and then work until 4:30 or 5:30pm. Then pack up the work truck and drive back to yard to drop truck off and drive my personal vehicle home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Newer equipment and above average pay.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not working on rainy days as senior driver/ operator no matter how much experience or hard work and commitment to do your job!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There’s no environment where you feel valued or appreciated.   As driver/operator,  it’s good.   Management really don’t bother too much.   It’s great for new drivers that g hi ace no experienced.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
9-12 hrs in your truck and drive

Good company to work for. Unfortunately a lot of the managers there are in the wrong position. A lot of them are not qualified to run a company of this magnitude. They fail to listen to their subordinates who are usually better versed and better at the tasks at hand , not inclusive to but also including the lack of statistics provided to ascertain different contracts and jobs. 
On the positive note most of the employees are a pleasure to work with, and friendships are formed.  The pay is good and there are full benefits.    

Its a good company to work for and if you have any experience in the operating of a plow truck it makes the job so much easier. I did like working there at the time but I moved out of the area

They can hire Mexicans for lesser wages,and they do.

Communication and language barrier. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is just be thankful you have a job and do what you're told or leave.

Perfect opportunity to build experience and knowledge. Only seasonal employment opportunity created difficulties in reaching required financial security. the job culture and management were very effective and efficient however the opportunity for job security and advancement was difficult to obtain.

You show up and no one knows what’s going on from the office  management to the  supervisors and foreman’s on site, every job has to be redone the following year, and you have engineers that don’t have any real life skills in construction yet they’re in charge, but that’s why they use immigrants mostly!

Not a good place sh** environment and sh**people work you in the rain. No travel time benefits are garbage. The break times are irregular and always have a late lunch. The work environment is very stressful especially when you have people that don’t know what they are doing and they’ve been there for a few years
