Ram was and is the most challenging place i have worked ,one day you could be cleaning carpets in an apartment complex or single family unit and the next day i would be 40 feet up in a boom lift power washing the inside of a hanger at the airport,ive never seen  any job as being hard to be honest,there were jobs that were dangerous because of saftey factors but with the proper ppe ...problem solved,The management at Ram I will not comment on,wheather good or bad it would only be based on one persons opinion rather than the employees as a whole,But i learned quit abit at Ram when it comes to dealing with the different cultures in Calgary's population and in Ram's employees,my favorite thing at Ram besides the variety of work to be done was training a new employee,some of who didn't know the difference between a Robertson or a Philips screwdriver at least it helped them out.

Everyone working here are great people, the work itself is not overly difficult and the pay can be decent (sometimes), but the management cannot properly operate this place. Constant problems with organizing jobs, all of the equipment is constantly breaking down and is in a endless state of disrepair. When things go wrong at a job site, the direction from management is normally "figure it out somehow", with very little regard to how things are done or if the job gets done properly. Amazing people to work with, but structurally something is wrong with the way this place operates.

My experience with the company was disappointing. Work conditions were often impacted by poorly maintained equipment and vehicles, which affected efficiency and safety.

Management practices felt inconsistent and at times unprofessional, with limited accountability or follow-through on employee concerns. This contributed to a work environment that lacked structure and support.

There is significant room for improvement in both operational standards and leadership approach.

It’s a great place to start if you need cleaning experience and driving experience. I learned a lot and am proud of myself, some girls were very lovely. But there’s no way to make more money other than working more. Full time hours for part time pay, lots of drama in the office, no incentive to be better. I hate changing jobs but I couldn’t live on what I was paid and continue energy level

There wasn’t a best part it was horrible they lied to us constantly and just expected us to know what to do with next to no training at all

They barely have work and lied to me about hours

Smile in your face and say bad things about you behind your back to other employees

Stressful and most of the time hectic

I worked for this company and I never made over 1000 a month. Management dont have a clue to what there doing and there vehicles are not safe. Would drive to the office and be told theres no work for the day. No drive pay and were all over the city. Very poor management.  Cleaners were treated like slaves when told to clean the main office building.  Some staff just show up at work when they feel like it, so much drama.

Everyday I wake up and jump out of bed and sometimes even forget to brush my teeth because I’m so excited to push my steel thunder wand across locks of carpet.
Nothing makes me feel better like the need to make my customers smile and make them never forget who is the best
Ram is by far the the most professional cleaning you could ever ask for!

No guidance from management whatsoever. Thrown in a position told what to do (not how to do it). Expected to know things when they were never explained or ever had any training for. All around very chaotic work environment. 

I enjoyed working with this company and all the staff. We had alot of regular happy customers. I would not had left this place of employment if I was able to complete my practicum I had tried to get for some time at the hospital. Great company to get work for and receive services from.

Job postings are lying. Maids make less than $800 a month and there’s no safety or supplies. No chance for advancement or raise. Anything mentioned by employees will be met by high school level bullying. Most employees smoke in the cars before entering homes. Wouldn’t suggest this job to my worst enemy.
