You learn a lot about the fundamental systems of sales and how to be effective when selling. Daily numbers review to help drive performance. So much opportunity to move up in the business and tenure doesn’t matter. If you do very well right off the bat and can consistently perform you will get promoted very quickly and trained immediately for your new roles.

A typical day of work included door knocking and meetings in the morning, days were never dull always met someone interesting to talk to while pitching sales.
Primarily sold telecommunication phone plans and TV packages.
Fun atmosphere, excellent work culture.
Not regularly paid like a 9-5 job, you will be paid a commission based on your sale(s) and classified as a business partner, not an employee.

There are plenty of things to learn from this job. I was taught how to make connections with people, grow my confidence and become a leader. This job has an amazing atmosphere with people who are constantly looking out for you, pushing you to be motivated and work your hardest. I would definitely recommend this job to anyone who is ready to learn and grow as a person!

You will be told you will be paid weekly, then they tell you it takes 2 weeks for your first check, then its 3 weeks, you are not told that you work 6 10 hour days a week, they tell you that you get every other friday off, then you’re told that isnt true. Lots of lies and half truths. Door to door wasnt bad, the company itself is terrible.

Such an awesome company to work for. Before Red Baard I didn't have much experience with commissions, but with support from the team, I was able to step out of my comfort zone and make some good money $$!!! This role taught me some lifelong skills that helped me grow as a person. 

 Red Baard has helped me find direction and has set me up to succeed in my career. I am very thankful for the people that helped me out to get me here.

98% customers are going to slam the door on your face for sure. Mentally draining & extremely hard to uphold your energy and motivation.

After 4 weeks there is no base pay, only commission. So, you will never know how much you are going to earn!

In the time I worked there I had such a fun experience. Job is filled with opportunity to grow and to develop yourself and the culture with the co-workers is amazing. Very welcoming and everyone is supportive.

Amazing work environment, the team is supper supportive and encouraging. I like that it is commission based, so the amount of work I put it reflect my earnings. 

The culture is top notch and the advancement opportunities are abundant. You learn a lot about yourself and how to make yourself and the people around you better.
