ATTENTION YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK THERE!!!!MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST IVE SEEN IN YEARS.Director of operations talks to his employees like they are good for nothing if he sees you for the first time chances he will hate you from the start!!They need to fire a couple of people in management cause they will bring the company down in a heartbeat, not worth the salary, employees talk behind each others back like kindergarten,you work like a horse and you have no help from no one and plus no training what so ever BIG FREAKING 0 THAT COMPANY PEROID!!!

Management was always breathing over you.. Great pitch of the company culture to brig new staff on. 
management is never wrong, they screamed at you in front of everyone to belittle you.  You are doing your job with minimal training but expected to perform as if you been doing this job for years. You are not allow to leave unless management leaves first.. if you did, you'll get a sarcastic remark about you not pulling your weight the next day. 
If the senior manager is still working there, do not come on board as a support staff.

I worked for them for a week...the people are ok...management does not say hi..or good morning..people break safety rules all the time and management does not care as long as the work is done..you only get one break at 10:15 then lunch but no afternoons break...hi turn over of staff because of safety issues

At this company I was treated nicely and respectfully, the work area was always clean and organized, the job was pretty straight forward and I never had any issues with my break.
Good steady work and I like the fact that I was busy throughout my shift.

Great team to work with, which makes the days go by much faster. I have learnt time management as well as responsibility.
The hardest part of the job is when there's a rush, but it's mostly enjoyable because i like the physical labor.

This is a while ago now but they really loved paper over there. Couldn't convinced them to save data on computer files. A lot older staff as well, so no ideal for young inspired graduates, this is not the place to grow.

Great people to work with, however the lack of management and guidance affects the office moral and motivation. Most of the staff has been there for a long time and are not adaptable to change.

Sr. Supply Chain Manager.... Enjoyed multi tasking and the diverse challenges daily.  New business and logistics implementations.  Achieving and excelling were primary goals.

This company does not have performance and salary review !  Since this is a small company so you do do everything which you can learn new skills. You can get candies for free.

Management was not accessible, people are great, but long hours for little pay.  Location in the west end is very accessible.
