My experience at Reliance Foundry was nothing short of a nightmare. When I stepped through the doors, it became apparent that the upper management had no clue what they wanted. It was an exercise in confusion and chaos from start to finish.
First and foremost, I had to endure a gruelling multi-step interview process that took weeks to complete. I was put through multiple rounds of interviews and assessments, only to be offered a position finally. On top of this, I had to let go of other employment opportunities I was interviewing for. I thought all the effort would be worth it, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
After just 2.5 weeks of working at Reliance Foundry, I was abruptly let go without any explanation. My sudden termination shocked me, especially after such an extensive hiring process. It was clear that the upper management had no idea what they were doing, helically hiring and firing employees without any rhyme or reason.
The lack of a clear vision of what they wanted from their employees created a culture of secrecy and uncertainty. Determining what was expected of me was impossible, making my work environment extremely stressful. There was no direction, no clear goals, and no clear communication from management. It was like they would lead you to believe they were happy with your progress, just to let you go abruptly at the end. 
The overall experience at Reliance Foundry was an absolute disaster. If you value job security, a clear vision, and a supportive work environment, I strongly advise against considering employment at this company. The upper management's incompetence and their chaotic hiring and firing practices make it a place that is best avoided.

Working at this company was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. The environment is saturated with political behaviors, favoritism, and group dynamics that make it feel more like a political battleground than a professional organization. If you’re considering working here, I’d suggest taking some courses in political science—because that’s the skill set you’ll need most.

The organization’s structure is built entirely on personal preferences, not qualifications or merit. You don’t need to be hardworking or competent; you just have to know how to play the game. It’s a dirty and toxic environment where qualified individuals are quickly discouraged and end up leaving. It’s no surprise that at least two people quit every month once they see what’s really going on behind the scenes.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This is not a place for professionals looking to grow.

The HR and recruitment process is great, after that they won't trust, not enough information but a huge expectation, 
No leadership, you will wonder every day if they will fire you today, even comment at meetings if you disagree with vp will me a comment someone is going to loose their job..
They require creativity but won't let you change or propose anything, and if something doesn't work they will put it all on you, will prevent a team work

3 years ago, I joined Reliance with only 1 year of entry-level accounting experience. Now, 3 years later, I have gained full cycle accounting skills & knowledge as well as competencies of an analyst.

I have been thankful for the opportunities that the management provided. In addition, they created a new role for me which supported my goal towards the financial analyst profession.

I truly enjoyed working with the people at the company, everyone is super friendly and easygoing.

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality results. Every step of the process was handled with care, attention to detail, and clear communication.
What impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure everything met — and even exceeded — my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service so seamlessly.

The new management team (VP and Controller) turned this 95 years old and successful company to a nightmare for all the staff. Very high turnover on the employee since 2019 and staff being fired easily or proactively resigned. Almost everybody is new in the company now!

Reliance foundry is a growing company with lots of opportunity. Fast-paced and sometimes stressful, but great for people who like change, want to learn and grow.




It used to be a nice place to work but with the new management it suffers from extremely poor communication, organization and leadership within the management/vp. Holding important information that other employees need to do their job.

Lead to a new culture of mistrust, micro management and ignorance.
