​I am writing this to provide an honest perspective for any mechanics considering a position here. My experience was unfortunately defined by a lack of professionalism and poor shop standards.
​Key Issues:
​Payroll Reliability: The most significant concern is that payments are consistently late. As a professional, you expect your compensation on the agreed-upon date, but that rarely happens here.
​Shop Environment: The facility is extremely unorganized. There is no efficient workflow, and finding what you need is a constant struggle.
​Safety & Equipment: There are no proper cleaning tools or supplies. Maintaining a safe, professional workspace is nearly impossible when you aren't provided with the basic essentials to keep the floor and equipment degreased and clear.
​Working in a shop should be about fixing vehicles, not fighting for your paycheck or hunting for basic tools in a messy environment. I cannot recommend this shop until they prioritize their staff and basic operations.

All trucking companies have contracted to move loads. To ensure proper wages and still meet the required Federal Hours of Service regulations for on duty and rest / reset hours, most companies have gone to Electric Log Devices. Drivers that follow the HOS regulations balance personal time and the time needed for acceptable service to the clients. RIG offers competitive wages, a detailed Orientation Class with training and testing to prepare the driver for their tasks prior to allowing them to go to work.
Although some complaints are legitimate, most complaints against a company from a past or current employee are a result of unrealistic employee expectations, employee reprimands or employee termination. This is a problem that all trucking companies contend with.

If I could give no stars I would! This was the worst place I have ever worked! They dont speak english, and dont encourage it! They make the drivers do long loads back to back, as they have over extended themselves and promised the moon to customers! Log books are a joke! Management only cares about $$, getting trucks fixed properly is like pulling teeth, especially if you need tires! You pray for a break down on the road when your off in a remote location so they can get it in a shop closer to you to actually fix it!  I have been in the transportation industry for over 20 years and this company only gift to me was a mental break down! 

Save yourself the aggrevation and mental steam, and just find another job! This is the next Humboldt desaster!

Long distance  food grade driving..1loads away onetime 2 right kind of truck for the job your doing .note this company uses trucks with the right kind of engine  power for the work your doing . If you have a mechanic  issue  with truck there mechanics are on site and interest in getting  you back on the road.  There safety  team are helpful  in many was ....such as if there are  problem spot on your route .these man will inform  you of them ..which  promotes safety  ..

Seems the payroll department can't get anything right, missing hours drops and sometimes loads, no driver meetings, poor management, office continues to lie about everything. Can't get a strait answer from anyone there, treated like a thief, watched 24/7 when in a truck, even on sleeper time

Management is a nightmare!!. They only want their relatives to work there.. Or people who would work just for free.. 

Rig does not care about their drivers at all. Avoid going there for work. If you are an experienced driver, “You can do better!!!”.

Don't waste your time working with them because they will treat you with disrespect and would try to cut down your salaries. Unless you are a new driver and want to get some experience in the industry then this  is the place for you.

I enjoy working at Rig logistics because the entire team is extremely friendly and professionally. Everyone supports each other through problems and carry mutual respect towards all team members.
