Cooperate and divided amongst sales installs and management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
3 calls a day 10 am 2 pm and 5-7 pm they are so disorganized typically you will drive from one side of the city to the other and then a completely different part of town... then are lacking in software so there's alot of duplicate data you have to enter in multiple locations so that chews up you're time invetween calls and then they believe in a scripted high pressure sales tactics

Nothing really, benefits if I had to pick 1. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They constantly deduct your commission and steal from their sales people's pay.  Poor management that reacts instead of prevents. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible culture.  The managers are miserable and constantly steal pay from sales reps. The turnover is constant. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get 1 lead paged out 2 hours prior.  They don't tell you when or your schedule.  You never know when or where you're going.  They refuse to allow you to contact customers and there is lots of cancelled appointments.

I would not recommend this company. Management is not going to correct any concerns you have. You will just have to deal with it or get out. Very poor communication from all levels, delays in getting parts or answering customer inquiries. The environment has be extremely volatile if you are not in the "click" Service has gone down hill since the new owners took over.

Working here at Romaniuk was ok at first , as a helper I was helping out techs there cleaning and finding the tools and equipment they need, and helping the techs install a/c and heating and hot water tanks, than it got to the point where they expect more out of you and when they don't need you they will remove you , terrible management by the managers here , would not recommend anyone to work here 

Extremely stressful place to work. This company used to be awesome before they went corporate. Now you are just a number and they will use you and take advantage of you. They treat you well for about a week and then you are expendable. I've never in my life worked at a worse company. I could tell you horror stories 

Was a great place to work, managment was easy to work with, company vehicles that they maintained, and good opportunities for learning new things. However, the communication with dispatch being a necessity 24/7 is counter intuitive if you want to get any work done. 

Ridiculous hours, no support, if you are not a drinking buddy you will not succeed. High conflict, management will leave for hours in end for extended lunches but will not answer calls or texts.. just put to voicemail. 

If you have another job offer from another company take the other company don't make my mistake, going here is gonna be just a waste of your time and energy and once they don't need you you will find yourself out without a notice or anything.

I do not understand the poor reviews. If you work hard you are treated very well. Management is amazing and the work culture is way above average.  Pay is also very competitive 

Piece pay structure with high job completion demand. Management not easily available to help or coach. Was given the opportunity to learn the residential side of HVAC.
