Targets have to be met and mechanical problems or technical issues are time sensitive.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great culture. Good team environment. Support is a must.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy. Can get stressful and challenging. Hands on work in between meetings.

People are great.
In my experience management was decent. 
Pay scale is not so great and do not fancy a raise. 
Overall a decent place but definitely needs to pay more to their employees. 
They care about their employees though and do understand personal problems. 
I didn't not like the fact that they did not let me work from home even though I had 0 need to be at the office.

Selfish people trying to frame new people for there mistakes 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring to work and no use of phone on the floor

I worked in Romet for 1 year, and in that time i used to interact with the clients, use my own ideas to get the proper blueprintsand estimated price that satisfy the need of the clients and finally getting it approved by my Supervisor.
Apart from improving myself in various software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, MasterCAM, I experienced other skills like Customer service, giving presentation to my seniors.

"Having spent more than 2.5 years here now, it is very evident that the management cares about the staff as they have set in place lots of things to minimize work-related stress. This has constantly improved staff work-life balance. The senior staff cares about your career growth and always push you to become better.

If you speak English or even French you are at a severe disadvantage at this employer. Their handbook says English is the only work related language to be spoken in the plant but that's a total joke and the management knows but just papers over it. If you complain, you become a target.

Pay is really low and they really exploit you. 
Not flexible with work schedule at all. 
They will hound on you if you miss a day or get sick. 
People are great but management only cares about the money not your wellbeing. 

The place is stressful. The management does not listen to their team really and have a mind of their own. The management doesn't guide very well and you have to figure out on your own. The reason for 3 stars is that majority of people are good but the management is the one which makes them look like villain.
