Not a great place to work. Too many personal politics amongst management. Unfortunately was promised promotion and better salary, due to miscommunication with staff and management this wasn't the case. Team leader their very unprofessional and has her favourites in having the last word in hiring and firing.

Great place to work, and fun people. Difficult to manage workload and work life balance.  Good social events for company and reasonable compensation. Market leading quality product, delivery and sale project management a struggle.

The open door policy at Rotork meant that all employees had access to all levels of management. This sort of summarizes the company. They work hard but the work environment was generally relaxed and the employees were generally helpful.

The front line employees are great.

Senior Management and dealing with UK and matrix organization.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not enough people support for culture

Good place to work great people and management but just wasn't the fit for myself. Some communication mishaps that led to larger problems, but training was great.

I worked at the Calgary office and it's a pretty typical office for an old-school oil and gas manufacturing and supply firm. This was mostly good as it could be laid back and friendly, but sometimes it wasn't great with locker-room talk, etc.

Good people, poor upper management.

Great middle management.

Narrow minded upper management.

Successful  and secure company.

Great bonuses.  Good benefits..

excess workload, micromanagement, lack of valuable employees. twisted system of values: the more you know the less  opportunities you get. too much politics for such a small office.

Good company to work for. Salary's are low but the company has other perks. Annual Reviews, Bonuses. Social events. Very Stable company to work for. Not much room for advancement.

Rotork is a worldwide company with excellent products. It needs and it's working on several changes so that it becomes a better company. In general, I recommend the company.
