People are very easy to get along with and a positive place to work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn't find anything stressful. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Honest and hard working bunch.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
 Working out doors along side coworkers was a great experience.

Pay rates in the safety department are 20 percent below market, I observed a high rate of employee turnover, and questionable workplace practices. Would not advise people to work here, unless you’re a craft person covered under a collective agreement by a union. 

Pros
Very good pay, $45+ an hour.
Fun and enjoyable.
Not too high paced.
Everyone is pretty respectful.
They are union so you won't be asked to do jobs that aren't in your union or that you are unable to do.
Cons
Just not home very often

It is a great place e to work , full of knowledgeable hard working people who for the most part are trying to obtain the same goals and achievements as any other  person  on Sight .

u Was very please to work this company , I also was surprised the environment of my fellow workers was pleasant and professional .i was please with the amount of mo ru I was making and also enjoyed the long hours

SA Energy works in the toughest enviroment, the people from top to bottom work together, they help one another, and the plan is always known. You always have enough of what you need to get it done safely.

Good work environment  and good union benefits , and the opportunity to advance and make good contacts in the industry.overall one of the best pipeline companies in Western Canada

Loved working for this company wish I still was. Learned alot on the pipeline, great people to work with.  Everyone helps each other. Wage was awesome. Long hours but days went by fast.

Learned much about the pipeline industry. Am no certified in the Pipeline Construction Safety Training course. Also now have knowledge of fuel trucks and refueling equipment.

The company is good to work for. They have multiple openings and jobs avaibla hours not always guaranteed. A  little  cheap at times. Overall happy and good environment.
