What is the best part of working at the company?
Occasional overtime. If they trust you with the work, you can get plenty of overtime. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's just the work expectations. Like they may require you to do x number of devices per day. Sometimes this expectation has no limit, so if you colleague can do x numbers and you cannot reach x numbers, they will ask you to perform better. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is like office setting. Culture is mostly management cut off from you and you are dealt with via supervisors(who may have been promoted for no reason), sometimes treated like general labor since supervisors are not well educated or professional in any way.

Requires decently fast workers who are intuitive and/or very fit for other jobs. Easy to get job, but not advisable for medium or long term. Excellent for those without ambition, looking for a 'do some work, get income' attitude (not work hard and be rewarded). Single HR, maybe 2 now, and poor managerial support will likely create excessive friction for spirited individuals. 

Around half of co-workers were nice, seemingly one half of the factory floor vs the other towards the management side. Complaints are highly inadvisable to management or HR.

I was in desperate need of a job. That's the only reason I was working there. The atmosphere was friendly, but phony. It was stressful as you have to reach a quota. If you speak English, don't work there because that's not the language they speak there. After speaking to management about this concern, absolutely nothing was done. Poor management! Felt like quantity was more important than quality. I finally had to resign, could not be bothered with them anymore. I have lived in Canada for 50+ years and I felt like I just got here. Unless you just came to Canada, DO NOT APPY HERE!!! You're just a number. No real respect.

I had a great experience here. Everyone is very nice and supportive. Pay is ok but we didn’t get deducted for benefits which is great. I was working from 9am to 5pm, and get a full paid of 8 hours. Overall very happy with this place. I left because I don’t see any advancements but I still really miss this place and wish I can come back one day. It’s better than many other company’s out there (Assurant Repair Center and Mobile Klinik). 

I worked for this company over 2 years, the HR is really worst, she just care about herself and her SON. Not only she fights with tech but Manager as well. Many Managers and Techs left because of her. 
Definitely good friendly environment with colleagues and some of Managers, who are still working there, are super nice.

Management never take responsibility on them 
Their job is only blame someone 

For technician who go their for experience letter take a letter and start finding another job

Good learning place for those looking for Canadian experience.
Ability to learn multiple skills.
Management is approachable, but not much is done about the high turn over.
Pay is below  average.

Good place to work. Will recommend this place to other people.  it is a fast paced working environment. the management is okay. The people there are nice to work with. Lunch is just 30 minutes , so you have to rush during lunch. The hardest part of the job is having to do the same thing over and over again.

The location was new so there were a lot of inconsistency.
There were also a lot of inconsistency with the workers. New hirings usually occurred because a lot of people would leave the company
Fun co-workers. Very busy as well.
