What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They give great training for management roles. The company is going under transformation, which mean tons of opportunities to learn and growth

Excellent culture, inclusive, respectful with focused on leadership skills development regardless the role. Psychological safety culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nice office, good atmosphere, team work

Environment was awful, abusive staff member that took a long time to be dealt with. My skillset improved as a result of working there, and I had better retitement plans because of working there . There are ways to improve your work and personal skill set via the classes etc but overall it was people from Sask telling us what to do without fully grasping the on the ground situations. 

The company does not optimize your role and doesn't see the value in their employees. As the head office is in Saskatchewan and the Edmonton office is quite dainty, our jobs were threatened regularly. Though we did manage most of the commercial claims through the Edmonton branch- 
Lack of encouragement and acknowledgement
Management played favoritism

Unionised environment, overlapping management, punch in and punch out atmosphere. Works teams I found were effective but generally everyone loved to complain a lot, as if they had been there to long but knew they couldn't make the same pay anywhere else. 

Work is great but management can do better. There could be favouritism reflected on the shift being given. Toxic managers are the worst but since they are efficient the upper management do not care about the well being of the employees under that person. 

Great benefits, unionized and well paid.

Management is poor, since new managers would get job on close references with little to no experience in management. Then they run the department like a their own company instead of following SOPs

For the most part the people are supportive, but the processes and circular nature of the projects can drag on for months with seemingly no end. It can be very frustrating to feel like things are never progressing. The quantity of meetings is also nearly unbearable.  

Fantastic workplace with so much room for growth! Leaders were phenomenal, education support was amazing, overtime was an option but not required, work life balance was second to none

To say I love working here is an understatement. The staff and managers at SGI Auto Fund are kind, lovely and always ready to support here. I am glad to be part of this team. 

I had a good experience and happy woth the company  . There are lots of internal jobs. The pay is OK and most people are nice. Overall I recommend it if you live in Regina
