As this company deals primarily with the public sector, I learned how different the environment is compared to the private sector.  The workload is intense but that can be enjoyable if you like that type of challenge.  The managers are friendly and fair.  The hardest part of the job when supporting 14 different people is the different personality types because everyone wants things done in a different way so you have to really pay attention to each person's needs individually.  The most enjoyable part of the job is the type of work.  You have to solve problems everyday and when you do that successfully, it's rewarding.

I enjoyed my time at SSW, there are many opportunities to grow and learn.. It is also a fun place to work,  I would recommend this company  to anyone that is looking to begin a career in  Healthcare sourcing as this company is the best!

Culture is very growth oriented and everybody is very supportive of each other. Being a small organization, you get you know everybody fairly quickly. Management is very approachable and easy to talk to. 

The goal of SSW had been to drive value through the regionalization of strategic sourcing.  SSW has evolved into a shared service provider, allowing for the full continuum of Supply Chain Services.

Management is a little disorganized, little room for growth however overall great working environment and flexible hour. Hold seminars for employees to learn more about the industry and develop self-growth.

Very balanced and well rounded work style. Fair to everyone around it very easy to communicate with everyone in the company including your manger. Amazing company and experience to be apart off.

Great culture. Wonderful place to work at. Management is mostly good. Most enjoyable part of the job are the people, as everyone is very friendly and make the work place a great place to be at.

People and culture at SSW is very positive and fun and full of energy. Also very compassionate. The management team could be a bit more supportive but overall good leadership.
