Wonderful and good work has gained the experience to deal with all the staff at the company and was the most beautiful day.Reported to Home office in Mississauga, introduced new products, gave sales seminars to dealer sales staff and accompanied sales reps on their sales calls to improve their sales skills pertaining to our products.
Territorial sales management.
Good sales support from management out of home office. 
Excessive travel.
Meeting and making business acquaintances and friend throughout my territories.

If you want to have a job to get nowhere, you found the right place.
Only two ways to grow inside, if you know the MOB or if you like your nose a bit brown.

You only see activities when is a month end and everyone shows up to work with brilliant ideas.

The information runs only on those days and if you have any question to solve the problems created by them wait till next month which is an vicious infinite cycle.

So, you pretend that you are learning and working, and they pretend they are teaching and paying.

Overall, my experience at the company has been mixed. The environment offers exposure to a variety of tasks and responsibilities, which can be valuable for professional growth. However, the workload is consistently very high and often exceeds what would typically be expected for the role. Employees are frequently required to manage multiple priorities at the same time, which can make it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Truth not told always to employees. Experienced staff are let go off, inexperienced workers welcomed as they are cheaper by the dozen. I’m feeling I’m not told the truth & divisions of the company are being downsized. This will come to light soon & you will see this is an accurate depiction of the company since it’s takeover.  

Location for the head office is in Mississauga
Local hours are 9 to 5 pm Monday to Friday
Management were progressive and friendly with all levels of the departments
Hardest part was not being able to move ahead within our department
All staff are friendly and hard working

Fast paced and energetic company; worked soley in the BSD Dealer Channel for Sales Division. Order Entry, parts allocation, invoicing, RA's and account reconciliation. Managed online B2B site which I created with VP and IT to aid in sales.

Overall management and environment is amazing to work with. Very accommodating, office atmosphere is very cool and nice place to get along with all other employees l. 

Sharp promotes the Sharp Experience because of lack of resources the experience is not always a pleasant one.

Staff are going the extra mile but being stretched to thin.

The company has a very good life and work balance. They have in-house gym and many people do fitness and work-outs during the lunch break which is really amazing, Everyone is so helpful, nice, cheerful and easygoing!!!
