. The company is extremely diverse and full of Great opportunities, And lots of room to move up!
. Management is great. They look out for your needs and take care of your needs when you bring any issues or ideas to them.
. There’s a whole mixture of culture and gender within that workplace.
. Hardest part of the job it could be quite heavy in weight, And it can be overwhelming and difficult in times of reaching quota !
Most enjoyable part of the job is how many different things you get to learn how strong you become, each and every day smile you see.

My day would start off with reading blue prints and order dates. I start with the closest dated jobs, interpret blue prints to make the customers specs. Grab raw material and measure, cut, glue, router.

I learned a lot from working as a team and working alone to complete jobs on time. This job has made me more confident in taking charge,

Start early do various duties such as scanning,faxing,emailing,and data entry.
- Inputting data into sharepoint and visual the company's computer program.also purchase and installment process for new and custom stair and railing jobs
- My co-workers, great people to work with
- When technical problems would occur
- Always new and ongoing work

When I started things were very busy but we had a major slow down. In the slow down your co workers won't teach you their work properly, complain you aren't doing things right and put you down in any way possible. This is shown the most on day shift with the one supervisor. They promote clique behaviour and will overlook things if the worker is well liked, never based on merit.

I worked here for a while now and no matter how hard you work, the second you do something wrong they put you down to try and make you focus on your work, or boot you out and replace you.

Most of the workers are nice but watch out they will stab you in the back as soon as they can. Extreme turn over of employees. Very cliquey. Extremely hot during the spring and summer.

People are easy to get along with, very hard manual labour so you had better prepare to work hard. 9 hr shifts, decent pay. Not recommended for those without thick skin

Decent entry level job for someone who is learning. Not a great place to work long-term. Everyone blames someone else for anything that goes wrong. Low pay, high turnover.

Mass production plant where product output is valued higher than product quality. Management is friendly but inefficient. Workers generally enjoy their work.

the most enjoyable part of the job was working with nice people around.  Learned customer service.  typical day would be if i was not satisfied with may task.
