The Company has a very high turnover rate in both employees and products. The atmosphere is toxic. People  turn on each other in order to gain advancement opportunities. Appreciation is close to none and no matter how hard you work, no respect or opportunity is ever given from management. They have poor product quality and lie to clients. Your pay will always be the lowest it can be and they'll make sure you have no significance in the company.  

The job is very and relaxed. It can be slow at times, but the work environment is friendly. The major issue lies with the lack of coordination with management and workers. There is a huge disconnect and learning gap on how production is done and can be very infuriating at times. As long as you don't step on the wrong toes the job does itself. 

Typical production environment with daily demands and weekly and monthly deadlines. A family company where we can accommodate ourselves quite easy. Challenge is not a strong point, but on the other hand, we can notice stability quickly. Like most of the places, we find people great to work with, but sometimes it feels difficult to implement new ideas. Overall, it is a place that I enjoy to work for a while.
