You may Learn things but only if the Senior Management decides to give you a chance. Senior Management is very warm and receptive. However, You will kept in a state of mind where you might not be able to decipher what happens next. Most of the bigger Projects are assigned to people who've been there or are family or maybe somehow connected. Measuring credibility and assigning value to education might take a backseat when it comes to permanent opportunities. I would recommend the organization  for its work culture and learning opportunities for a short term. However, it is very restrictive in nature in terms of career progression especially. Things may be different if you are Caucasian.

Everyday is a different experience, and learn new things everyday. The work culture is stressful and intense. The most challenging part of being Triage officer is having to deal with 3 separate payroll systems that do not communicate with each other and making sure all of the data is entered in for the cut off. The most enjoyable part of my job is knowing that I was able to assist the team is hitting their deadlines and ensuring that employees get paid in a timely manner.

Enjoy fast paced environment that requires problem identification and resolution, training co-workers and further own education.  Opportunities to work independently and in a team environment.

i love every mintue i could spend thier, i loved meeting new people and being part of thier family , i got everyone on tash in morning then do my own check thiers start lunch for 7 people and then clean up send the hunters out and then on to supper

Each day includes stocking shelves, ordering medical supplies. Shipping and receiving medical supplies and equipment. Great position for anyone looking for a career in the medical field.

Management is great but there can be a lack of opportunities due to several reasons. A typical workday can be either very gruelling or very easy paced depending on the day and work.

This has got to be the worst forestry company out there, management has no clue..safety is a big issue working here..DO NOT recommend this company.stay away

overall great place to work plenty of advancement opportunity, pay band should be more for certain position .  Plenty of opportunity for those who wants to advance
