On the positive side, the workplace culture fosters a sense of enjoyment, and the lower/middle management teams are commendable in their approach. They create a supportive environment that enhances teamwork and productivity. They also offert good flexibility when it comes to your work schedule.

However, there are significant drawbacks . The pay is subpar, particularly for roles such as lifeguards. Employees often find themselves feeling undervalued due to the inadequate pay scale. Additionally, the equipment provided for various positions falls short of expectations, hindering efficiency and potentially compromising safety standards. I would not recommand working there unless it's your first job.

The work is really easy but also very boring. It pays slightly above minimum wage which is ridiculous considering the amount of licenses you need to get to become a lifeguard.

Management is also meh. Most of the time they stay of your back but can be annoying at times. Like some supervisors criticize you for talking with your colleagues when you are on patrol while they eat their Uber eats order and watch Netflix which can be pretty infuriating.

Overall I don’t really recommend this unless it’s your first job.

I really enjoy working here, management at head office is great and
I enjoy the people and clients.
Only down fall is that all buildings are under a contract and my center's contract has expired and a new company is taking over.
