SPI is an amazing place to work.  Great on all aspects.  Management is fair and flexible.  Great work/life balance.  Lots of opportunity to learn and grow.  Family owned with a focus on providing family-like and inclusive culture.  The best part of working at SPI is knowing that your day-to-day work is allowing workers across Canada to complete their daily jobs safely and getting them home safely to their families at the end of each day.

Company that is not ethical at all. Change patern of boss alot but only for the friend and family.
HR is only for the company not for employee..be carefull of what you say in their suppose private sondage. They are never private and will go against you. Outside look and job description look good....but not freindly environement. Desk are at 2 feets of each other...

Advancement is limited, they do have very good people in key positions. However being understaffed cause issues. The team concept is good but it is also important to have to pieces to build a team.



The Edmonton warehouse is well equiped and organized.  There is no overtime required. All employees are always kept up to date on all matters. The company really went out of their way to support everyone during covid

It was an amazing experience for me. The staff were so friendly and management was a great team.  The only reason  I left was for personal issues or I would have stayed there for a very long time (like many of the employees there).

Do not trust management. They ask you to be transparent, they made you believe they care about you but as soon as you speak your mind they will find a way to fire you.

A company that supports & give trainings, enhance the skill of technical staff. Go getter, responsive, innovative & passionate management & co employee.

I had learned many things with-in this company, I created lots of room for advancement and opportunity. 

Management was organized.

The environment was exciting and inviting.

Small company with Ambitious goals . Top management is great .Pay is mediocre. Present coast to coast but lacking in key markets in Ontario. Can grow within the company as they promote from within.
