The day is filled with learning activities from social/emotional, academics to sports.  SCA has a solid structure in their foundational beliefs, training /equipping and empowering their students to grow in all 5 aspects of living- relationally, physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually. Management seeks to support their staff with many administrative files prepared for them. The hardest part of the job is having a shared facility. Classrooms must be undone to make room for the church to use the rooms. The most enjoyable part of the job is the colleague support at each grade level. It is a team effort with individual freedom to create their own individual classroom program. What an ideal opportunity!!

A typical day of work starts around 8am and ends at 4pm.  We have many Professional Development days to continually grow in your profession. The principal and VP are very supportive.  Colleagues are friendly and love to collaborate.  Hardest part of the job is the shared facility as it means tearing down and setting up your classroom regularly.  The best part of the job is working with children in a loving Christ-centered environment.

The leaders, teachers and support staff at SCA are wonderful and supportive and it is rewarding to work in a Christian environment! SCA is rooted in the Christian faith, and it is such a blessing to be a part in raising the next generation to be set up for success academically and spiritually post graduation!

I love working here. The atmosphere is encouraging and uplifting. My colleagues have become like family. I love the flexibility to be creative and innovative in my classroom while pursuing excellence together.  The support offered to teachers and students is phenomenal. A bonus is that the building is clean, and there is a coffee shop to enjoy!

There is a strong sense of School Community amongst staff, students and their families. Staff are friendly and enjoy collaborating with each other. Both staff and Admin are very supportive and encouraging. God is integrated throughout the day, along with a Bible class.

As an ECE3, this is a supportive work
Environment, competitive salary, non-toxic, professional work place.  I love working here.  In the child care field, there a few places one can work where there is such teamwork and support amongst co-workers

I love working at Springs Christian Academy! The staff here are so supportive and collaborative. The administration is supportive too. The families of the students choose to send their children here and care about their child's education.

Springs Christian Academy has a focus on excellence and an atmosphere that can not be traded for a larger pay cheque. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and committed to the families that attend. 

SCA is by far the best place I have ever worked. Right away I was made to feel welcome and apart of the amazing team here. The environment is so positive and everyone is very supportive and encouraging. I highly suggest working here!!!
