What is the best part of working at the company?
If you land the right site, you can still do the job even if you're in the middle of a full blown mental breakdown, & no one will know. Or care.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Low pay, generally. Scheduling & communication issues between office & staff

Zero specific culture. We adopt the culture of wherever we're placed.
Environment is site dependent 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends where you wind up. Mall guard? Lots of walking and arrests.
Office building? Hourly patrols, near zero incidents, and so on

The best part of working at srg was how patient and willing to help you out and the opportunities they let you experience

At first it was getting to know everything for my position

It’s a supportive and happy place to work. The company’s culture is very diverse 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Been that it’s a security company the pace is fast , which I liked as it help make the shifts go quicker than just sitting at a desk

I recently just start work with this company. At first they seem nice even gave me a promotion for a field manager position only to pay me the exact same wage with more work and more responsibilities. Then they change my schedule daily from days to nights or they just take shifts away with out notice then just add shifts with no notice. Had me quite my other job then treat me like garbage 😡

It's an okay job is low pain can be a lot of work but if it's something that you don't want to work around bosses this would be yet as we never seen them.
Scheduling can be set for one location on certain dates which works great

I really enjoyed working with this company. 
I took a course on Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 2000 for the Province of Saskatchewan
Management was great to work with.
Hardest part of the job was standing on feet for long hours.
enjoyable part was people watching.

At first, it was okay. Unfortunately, like some things it was just too good to be true. Too much nepotism at this place! Changing and taking away shifts at their own will without proper notice, not to mention if you don't take a shift, then you're treated even more unfairly! Terrible place to work, find something else. 

Like working there is good and a great work place. Someone with a car would have a great time. My bus after a certain time stop running and wished I had a car back than. Now that I have a car it would have been a great job for me. 

I really enjoyed the fact that I got to go into the field of justice because I learned a lot. Security is a very important thing because the general public should have the right to feel safe at all times.

I have typically had problems with this company since day one, no communication, poor organization, and lack of commitment to their employees.

I'm a casual security guard/floater that's not guaranteed hours or even working a full time site ! With all the security guard experience , I feel that I'm not getting the hours that are needed to work with this company !!!!
