I had the unfortunate experience of working for a company that left me deeply disillusioned and disheartened. Starlim is a glaring example of what can go wrong when management is sub-standard, employee well-being is disregarded, and favoritism runs rampant. Inefficiency seemed to be a defining characteristic of this company.
It was abundantly clear that those in Management positions lacked the skills and knowledge required to effectively lead a team. Decisions were made haphazardly, with little consideration for the impact on employees or the Company's Future. There was a lack of communication, and employees were often left in the dark about important developments, constantly providing Fake promises to Customers to secure business only to disappoint them later and delay projects. All of this leading to missed deadlines and strained relationships with customers. Meetings were a perplexing exercise in unproductivity, with little achieved and even less clarity on next steps.
Starlim seemed to view its staff as expendable resources rather than valuable assets, resulting in a demoralized and disengaged workforce. The disregard for employees at this company was very noticeable.
Perhaps the most toxic aspect of this company was the blatant Favoritism. It was painfully obvious that recognition was handed out based on personal relationships rather than merit. This created an unhealthy and toxic work environment where hardworking employees were consistently overlooked, while those who were in the inner circle of management thrived. Such a culture eroded trust and fostered resentment among the employees, ultimately leading to a toxic and demoralized workplace.
It is disheartening to see an organization with such potential being wasted due to a Toxic Work Environment and leadership that appears uninterested in fostering a healthy and productive workplace. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment at this company to proceed with caution.
This company is based on the Foundations of Lying and no Regard for their Employees and Customers. Image to them is everything.
I concur with all the reviews posted here. It is much clear with more negative reviews than positive tells a lot about the day to day operations.

The culture at Starlim is absolute garbage, a culture that demotivates you as an employee, as a professional and as a human. The culture is Extremely TOXIC, and the company has NO CLEAR VISION or Mission, has no drive or motive and they operate based on favoritism and extreme discrimination. There is NO clear authorities and responsibilities structure within the organization, so it’s not clear who does what and who is responsible. A lot of hot potatoes games, especially from VPs and Managers trying to dump work at others, take less work, less responsibility and less accountability. VPs and Managers don’t know how to lead or drive for a common goal of success, always taking short cuts and less accountability. They sit in their fancy offices driving their fancy expensive cars with their ego up in their head that they are something big, yet their poor leadership and incompetence can show across.

The worse place I ever worked; save yourself and your family from a horrible experience. 

-Lack of leadership at the top level 

-Lack of understanding of technology and digital transformation 

-Micro manage of everyone at all levels, totally unproductive and lack of trust of their most value assets The Employees 

-Compensation is poor and no advancement, personal growth or sense of accomplishment 

-Benefits are less than average, worse in the industry, all to save a buck so management can drive fancy cars paid by the company 

-Companies and departments completely disjointed from a common goal 

-HR processes and systems lack understanding of agile and progressive growth 

-They praise their work for the community, and YET, they have a third-party agency taking %40 cut of poor employees, totally barbaric, dishonest and robbery 

Management can’t be trust. CEO hires his own friends, will take them out for lunch often while giving bare minimum to most employees. Management will go on multiple day trips for “team building” but come back with absolutely nothing to implement. Would rather look good to the media than actually paying their employees a proper wage. 

Have a “revolving door policy” that means if you don’t like it, leave. Has not worked out for them, have had several meetings regarding their turnover rate but are still ignorant to change anything. 

The longer you work for this company, the more your standard of living will drop. Sure they throw nice parties occasionally, but don’t care to give cost of living increase. They would rather hire immigrants who don’t know their rights/laws to take advantage or get a subsidy from the government. 

By far the worst employer I have work for. Management and many skilled positions are filled by friendships not qualifications and this initiative shows on the daily functionality of the organization. There is no room for advancement based on merit, only if you are a favourite of the manager filling the position. No employee is viewed as an asset, training their staff is not important to the organization. Raises are years apart but money is there for elaborate functions and unnecessary events.

If you want stable its fine but problem is you pay low with also shift work and attitude to employees is so sad. Then you wonder why shift does not care when product has issues . You wonder why failure for each different company parts but you do not care yourself. You wonder why so many leave. I was good worker. Now i better pay with day shift . Will rather look down on us while OT people and CEO will play poker. Well, you can play poker using all the bad parts for chips.


I have worked for several manufacturing companies and Starlim North America is the best that I have found so far.  There are frequent employee appreciation events and the work is not physically demanding.  Everything is clean and organized.  Management is usually supportive and tries to make things better.  Some people have a mentality of "thats not my job" which makes it hard to work as a team sometimes.

I would say the biggest issue is pay for everyone, but the sheer lack of thought or focus for this company is hilarious. It is like coming into a circus everyday. So many inept and ineffective people who have been there for +5 years and cannot seem to grasp 10% of what is really happening in the facility. Heads in the sand. Announcement that this company is going through a terrible time financially, only to see managers pull up in brand new company cars...

Starlim is a company where they try to accommodate people to the best of their abilities. 
The CEO is very approachable and easy to talk to.
Overall, the environment is fun if you are willing to work, put effort and actually care about the job. 
I have seen some reviews, and in all honestly, most of the negative reviews have come from people not willing to work and they want everything handed to them. 
The only negative I have to say is that "SOME" (only a few) member of the management team should not be in charge.
