Company is good but the management is full of (A**H****). They will show favouritism to stupid and incompetent people as long as you kiss their a**.  Very stressful environment and all they care about is Billable and some more Billable. If you like working with incompetent and selfish people and two face manager and sales people who will stab you in the back the first chance they will get please go ahead and find out for your self.

Varay from day to day as on the field there is no such things as similar or typical days

Steris Canada puts high emphasis on health and safety at work. Their product is high end and well fabricated. I learned through this company that working can be pleasant, and colleagues are respectful. The hardest part of the job was to leave it since I was only there temporarily, but the guys really made an effort to teach me and make me feel part of the gang. I love TIG welding and the foreman thought my skills exceeded his expectations, I enjoyed being good at what I do ( did )

The siebel system and pro connect  works fine but micro managing by managers don’t always work as the technicians begin to know their clients and our service becomes tailored to each client and mangers don’t have the same relationship and service goals sometimes don’t align where metrics in general are implied 

This place reminds me of favoritism where higher education in greatly neglected. Only one person had a bachelor but everyone else are grade 12 or less! Also many employees are related (husband, wife or son), thus conflict of interest is paramount. No opportunity to grow unless you are related or favorite. OK job if you are into physical labor 

I consider myself valuable member in the company,responsible and multitasking ,innovative and hard working and i try to be always productive ,I am so thankful that I trusted my own hopes for the process.

It's a great company with awesome benefits but the culture in some departments are not so great. Management team would give you unrealistic target to hit and make you feel awful for not hitting the target.

Working at Steris was great, although little chance of being hired full time, good company with great people. Lots of team building events and gatherings

This place is soulless. Full of bald old giys who have given up on their dreams. 12 hour shifts. Extremely low pay. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
