Sterling Dental is a hectic and busy place to work but the team and dentists here make it a fun place to work. Management is very understanding and are very supportive. Sterling Dental provides adequate training skills and courses to greatly improve our dental knowledge.

I have been working at Sterling Dental full-time (More than a year)
My staff members and upper management are amazing. If you have a great staff working with you in your office your work place will be great. Bonuses if you meet your goals. Great company to work for if your looking for advancement.Hours are Great & pay is Great as well

I love working where I am girls are great and easy to get along with, they welcomed me and thought me so much with no hesitation. Management is understanding and amazing to work with. It's fun knowing u work with such active and productive coworkers on a regular basis

Although the pay and location of the office is good however the office management is disorganized and uninterested in working. Passing the buck on the others and a high employee turnover rate. Employees are dissatisfied.

Sterling dental is a fantastic place to work! The employees are always willing to support which makes for a collaborative environment.

It's not the greatest place to work. There have been so many staff members due to poor management or leadership that they can barely retain employees. 


The organization lacks structure and direction. Your life will revolve around this company,

I am not faund of micro management. it is very stressful each day you go in because he picks on the smallest details. we are afraid for our job security every day.

I enjoy working at sterling dental. I've learned a lot working there. the manager is nice, i get a long very well with her. i get a long well with my co-workers.
