No long-term job security because of inept management.

The work environment can be stimulating because the products are interesting. There is no definable work culture due to inept management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Because of inept management, most days are spent "fighting fires".

co workers are very friendly and helpful. Management always goes after you if you are slow at the job or have a hard time learning or understanding how to do a certain task. Your simply considered just another number who can get replaced. I would only recommend this place if you need local work experience and want to find out your interests and build your network.

I have no bed experience  in this company

Overall good environment.... we were completed our target on time

working on projects until it is complete then move on the the next project

Lack of procedures or the people are not respecting them when exist. There are some mean people that are attacking you from the start of they feel threatened by your presence (you have more education, knowledge or experience). Very slow to non existing change rate to correct the things that are not working. On the other hand, there are amazing products.

Streamline and manage multiple project within timescale, while increasing profit margins by 20% as compared to estimates.
Execute cost analysis of every project to maintain profit margins in line with targeted range. Prepare and monitor detailed reports, while ensuring project team meet strict schedules and customers’ requirements.

 Favoritism. They dont pay well except if your management.  Will make you do  overtime and not compensate you. Management doesnt listen when you have problems. Will keep throwing work at you even though your overworked.will promise you things and never give it to you. 

Poorly structured company. Fascinating and spectacular projects world wide, but the process to get to completing them is mind boggling and stressful. It’s a great place for someone without children or hopes of having any. No life but work first mentality.

Management always overlook what you’ve done for them even if you work hard just to meet the deadline. Not a good company to work for. Boss was a micromanager and treats everyone like a tool that can be replaced anytime

SACO is my first employer after finishing my degree and it has been a great learning opportunity! Very fast-paced environment with exciting projects. Management is very supportive and want to see their employees grow and succeed!
