What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I’m not a computer person so this is stressful for me but there is always someone to help when I need it 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very family oriented. Friendly you learn a lot 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
At the shop it’s cleaning equipment getting equipment ready for jobs going out. 
In the field it’s working with other companies and keeping people safe

Work to do is straightforward. Tasks aren't complicated and I had a good supervisor that was willing to take time to explain tasks. However there needs to be an improvement in the safety culture and site training for new employees. Because tasks are mostly repetitive, I have seen some workers become complacent and skip some safety protocols. Also, new employees especially their first week on site should be supported at least 15-20 mins into a task by an experienced work buddy. I was left alone and got yelled at multiple times during my first week for things I didn't know and could have easily been informed of by a work buddy.

I recently had the privilege of working with Safety Boss Company, and I must say that their commitment to safety and their expertise in the field are truly commendable. As a client, I found their services to be exceptional and worth every penny.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Safety Boss Company demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication. Their team of experts exhibited a deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that all aspects of our project were executed with utmost care and precision.

I loved working at safety boss during the summer. They are super communicative and the management were great. 

The hours are long (12hrs) and though some days can be fast paced there is also slow days. 

The job requires you to do pre-work training that i enjoyed, but keep in mind you dont get paid for training time.

Generally a great place to work if you are interested in the industrial safety industry.

Management, lack of training and career advancement opportunities, lowest paid in the industry

Revolving door, lack of management involvement

If not in the field working in shop not making any money

Pay is good. Learn many different job roles.

Long hours, lots of driving throughout province.

Work culture is good, get prompt quick if you work hard.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work early, can be physical depending on job. Working 12 hot shifts.

If you wanna go back to high school drama, this is the place to be. It’s honestly not even the higher of people it’s people that are at entry level jobs. Just honestly didn’t like many people. There are good people there as well but the bad ones ruined it for me. There’s new owners now so I’m not sure if things have changed, but that was my experience from before.

Only temporary employment available but a good work environment. People there care for the people that work for them and appreciate what you do for them and the people you are in charge of. Hardest part of the job is dealing with the cold weather.  Most enjoyable is working with different people all the time.

A good group ,moderate in size alot of full time Temps. The type of job with no gratification. Done here go to the next till its done ...work work work with no benefitsits the field of work which has it that way just no job security!


Your ether over worked or not given enough hours, you’ll get yelled at over the smallest things while others can majorly mess up yet they’ll be given more jobs.
