My time here has finally come to an end and I can finally break free from this disguting nightmarish experience 
Management is the worst in the industry and sexually inappropriate with  teammates, stalking andprovidng opportunity to the ones that 'comply'. Micromanagement and hire and fire policy at will, by the management, according to what suits their personal needs
Highest turnover so theres constant training new employees and falsified opportunity. They have one random lunch / dinner compulsory where you'll be shamed and talked about openly in front of your face and that's the culture of the company. Day in and day out shaming openly and threatening employees till your pushed to quit. Digital director talks sweetly to your face to lure in new hires and obey his every command, while thrash talking you to higher up. 
BEWARE of this company! A fast food chain will care about you more and even pay you better!

Terrible atmosphere vulgarity and unprofessional practices in the workplace, promote hire and fire according to personal and family relations. Services not provided with integrity and constant lying on a daily basis. Senior management is horrible to work with no one get along, and breathes down your neck making it difficult to work with and brings down office morale
Lastly, don't be fooled by the "positive" reviews that boast team culture and "great oppprtunity". They use a brand reputation management company and commissions them to take down honest reviews which bring out the reality of working there.
The positive ones are written by the top management to lure in new hires because they can't have to beg of people to work for them. 
Lots of office politics and threats
Right from my interview I knew how unprofessional and sketchy this organization was
decided to give it a try and I couldnt be further from disappointment. Management and staff treat everyone unkind Dont put yourself through this. It is not worth it.

Job was advertised as something else to gain candidate interest in the role - Work was mundane and plentiful boring, just doing cold calling, emailing and random data entry into sheets. That's it.
On the job everybody felt like they're walking on eggshells. Personally witnessed 2 employees crying at work and storming out in the short time that I was here.
Worst management that just fires out directions that have nothing to do with the company itself, rather what boosts their ego and personal lives at that time. Nobody feels safe, and their turnover is highest with people coming and going in the span of 1 to 2 months

Frankly speaking I was there for a short period. There wasn't a single day I felt that I want to go and work there. They even dont give you proper salary. They messed up my salary big time.
People out there are very nice but some think that they own the place. The owner is highly short tempered and talks anything.
Lastly all their computers are slow. You tell them to upgrade and they tell you this is what we have. Guys please dont work here for the sake of working. You will find a better place to work.

- no work life balance
- pay is low
- office space is terrible
- product is a scam- you lie to clients 
- training is awful
- turnover rate is astronomically high
- unprofessional language

As you can see there’s nothing good that can come from working here,  I’d advise you to not even take an interview BUT if you do,  take a look at the office when you are sitting there waiting.   Trust your intuition and get out.

Worst experiences so far. They treat all employees old or young experienced or new in the industry with extreme vulgarity and inhumane conduct. The company has no respect or consideration for employees and will make you work overtime with no break no extra pay and no personal space! The services are not enough to keep clients happy and are mediocre at best

It's hard to do one's job here because of micromanagement. Every little thing needs to be reviewed and approved first by multiple managers before it gets completed or processed. It prolongs the processing time where they could just trust their employees professional experience and judgement and let them do their work. It's frustrating and sometimes demotivating to work because of these hindrances.

Very low pay, shabby office and workspace, and disorganized systems. Not any of those would make you want to stay working here. Everyday is a drag to come to work. The only thing that would make you want to go to work is the fact that you at least have a job. And that's the management's reason for the low pay they offer. At least you have a job and get paid. Hoe depressing.

Everything about this company is lacking. The work atmosphere is lackluster and boring. Management doesn't make any effort to make the workplace more exciting for the employees. They pay and benefits are lacking too. Moreover, there's a lack of transparency and communication from management.

Your career would be stuck when you work here because of very limited opportunities for career advancement. I have a big dreams for my career so it wasn't feasible to work here for longer. It was like wasting years of my career without growing when I could have learn and grow somewhere else.
