What is the best part of working at the company?
some times I'm exposed to new challenges , which helps me develop both professionally and personally.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not much, almost nothing! well organized company. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
commercial electrical projects in GTA

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Checking and responding to emails and engaging in weekly meetings with clients also once in moth with my manager. Focusing on assigned  tasks and projects

 They give you a lot of  document to sign but after a week  you see there are no have updating for anything ,this company worse ,they cant training you for grow up ,more time you stay home and they job not fill up to 40 hrs/week.

The project managers are great. They take the time to show you how things are done properly. I have learned a great deal working here and hope with time through my apprenticeship, I can become just as good as them, if not better.

Co-worker are very supportive if you have any questions, Hr are very welcome and nice. PM's are smart they know what their doing. Very experience leader. 

The project manager is very bad person he doesn’t understand any electrical work.
Does not train well, and will expect you to know everything, even if your new to the position.

Staff is great they are very helpful, Management is always available when needed I am very satisfied with my position at Salson. Great place to grow. 

The SR Estimator is one of the worst people I have ever worked with.

If you liked being watched on camera at all times then this is the job for you! I felt like my privacy was compromised, I couldn't even sit at my desk without being watched.

To much control of hours  and never OT,  they pay very little to apprentice and people move out in  6 months...they promises  everything  benefits  they never give nothing

Very friendly all and good work just only the earnings needs to be more the staff are very friendly and the culture is very good I enjoy to work there
