What is the best part of working at the company?
Overall experience was great! Wonderful people to work with. Provided Training for several machines and spots along the assembly tables.
Fast paced. Management worked very closely with employees.

Keeping up with the parts being made. Some machines ran faster than others.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management shows appreciation for a job well done. Everyone is included. Team work. Willing to listen to your ideas. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Look at days station  schedule to see where I'm placed. Usually every 2 hrs you switch areas. Promptly take breaks . Fill out paperwork at each location.

I don't know where to begin  I used to work on the night shift no problems for like a month summer shutdown OK cool most of the staff come off friendly and nice , the problems wasn't till I came back new Temps OK cool what ever machines where running way to hot one night got yelled at by a hire up on night shift then had a company meeting in the staff lunch room where we get told that he was really trained off to begin with like come on at that point shut it down you got manager don't know what there doing there like

The Management and the staffs are so friendly. And as the name implies feels like a family.

Getting up early to start at seven.

So friendly and professional.

In this site? , stressful and challenging

Good place to work, little growth opportunities, but supportive management. Old school thinking and little flexibility to work remotely. It depends on your manager. Luckily I had a great manager

Work was ok, outdated systems but that may have changed. I would recommend working here, although locations could use some upgrades. Overall it was a steady job.
