What is the best part of working at the company?
Scentsy is top of it's industry and always allows for growth.  It continues to live by it's montra of Enliven the senses and Inspire the soul.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stress is at your doing.  You can inflict stress apon yourself to get as many sales as possible threw marketing and promotion of products.  In the end it's up to you how much work you wish to put in.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Scentsy is direct sales company and has a great following.  Directors are there to help and Scentsy does several events to help those that are unsure on how to improve thier standings. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically most promo and marketing is online. Many social media outlets now allow for scheduling for posts so it's not required to spend all day online. Reaching out to past clients and frequent purchasers is great to boost sales. Invite those to vip groups where you can give exclusive information on new things or unviel new products not yet released.  It's up to the consultant how much time and energy you wish to spend on sales.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The company is beyond generous to their consultants and to charities!! Their motto is to give more than you take. Their customer service and support center is phenomenal to deal with. They are the only company of this size, that I know of that takes their consultants ideas and suggestions and implements them almost immediately.  They truly want the best for everyone 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Difficult clients or clients without patience!  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is indescribable!!! It is like a giant support network filled with Scentsy Spirit!! So much cheering, we all work together to better our businesses. We share ideas and graphics across Canada, US and beyond!!! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I make my own hours.  I will check the news tab for upcoming promotions or changes. I will follow up with customers to ensure they are loving their new scents amd products.  I'll make wax samples or cleaning samples. And post on social media

Typically my day at work for Scentsy consists of taking online orders for the most part but also includes having to drive to customers for to pick up there money for orders or to deliver their products. 

What I have learned working for Scentsy is all the in's and outs of the products, I love learning all about what i am selling so that i'm able to make customers happy. 

Co-workers would be my up line in Scentsy and my sponsor is amazing to work with, haven't gotten to meet the other girls associated with my up line yet.

Hardest part of the job is finding new customers, but it is definitely the most enjoyable part as well as i love getting to meet and know new people!

this is a job for some one that has a full time job or is a stay at home mother or father to help bring in extra spending money. you also get to meet new and wonderful people . get you out of the house to meet for coffee or lunch. you are your own boss and u pick when you wanna work and when you don't all u have to do is at lest make 265.00 in sale a month to stay active and to keep the title you are at ..and try to get people to join under you and help them get active as well and he each other on you team the better you do the better than can do.

Scentsy is a great side hassle job. You can work your own flexible hours, from home. And since you are in charge of your own business. There is room for you to be creative and offer your own sense of style to your customers. They're lots of rewards, incentives and other perks too for Scentsy Reps. And lets not forget it's a great way to meet new people and be apart of something bigger. Only downside I have found is the pay isn't always great because you get paid only a percentage of commission from your sales. Hence why I say it's a great side/part-time job. But other than that I have been loving my 3.5 years as a Independent Scentsy Consultant 🙂

A typical day at work I usually spend entering orders for my customers, or when an order arrives I put them together and deliver or set up a time for them to be picked up. I have learned a lot about working independently and allowing my inner entrepreneur to blossom. I do not really have any upper management, however I do keep contact with other Scentsy consultants in my "group". We all belong to a FaceBook group, where we can offer help to each other and advice. The most enjoyable part of this job is that I love delivering my orders to my customers because I know how much they enjoy the product!

Great product and great employees
Not willing to invest anymore money into product as it can be very expensive
Long hours with no set amount of money that you can make therefore you could hold a party and spend a few hours but not necessarily make any money
Nice to be able to bring your children with you to meetings with potential clients and or party's
Making your own hours was nice

Scentsy allows it's independent consultants to work from home, from the beach, from where ever they find fitting. It offers constant training, support and a workstation to learn and find anything. They constantly update us on the news and new releases. They offer product credit, free trips and tons of incentives for their consultants.
This is only of the best jobs I've ever worked for.

Scentsy is a self employed, self managed and easy going work environment. You create your own schedule and work on your time. My upline and downline are phenomenal individuals, they are available for assistance if needed. I use social media for marketing. The hardest part of the job is it become addicting, the most enjoyable is meeting new people and building new friendships.

Scentsy has offered me the chance to get hands on experience in running my own business with my own structure and pace.
The guidelines to success in my position as a consultant are very fluid and amiable when it comes to learning new things and bringing on new products. I have enjoyed every day that I have worked with Scentsy and the clients involved.
