As far as serving jobs go, its prettt laid back. The other staff is easy to get along with.  Minimal side-duties. Large section sizes. Not a lot is expected of you apart from making sure your customers have an enjoyable time. 
Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of structure and it can get frustrating.

Was a good place to work . Usually busy and had good guests . Usually would get crowds for fight nights like ufc and boxing.  Hockey was good too    . Also pool tables and bowling would be busy . Golf was another attraction of the venue . Chicken wing specials during the week.  Open 7 days and nights.   Hockey was also an attraction. This was a typical day and night                                                 

Management practices leadership on having high degree of customer service as well as management ethics that make this possible,

there was just a lot of inconsistent treatment among employees and management on a day to day basis. Hard work goes completely unnoticed most of the time. There is a lot of negativity at work all the time.

Good company lots of hours clean restaurant not the best pay but the people you work with make up for that in spades.managers are helpful. And severs are quick 

Owners rarely like to fix or spend money on anything. Customers constantly complain to staff on how run down things are. No structure for how things are supposed to be done.

Well over all wasn tto bad work there jus tstartin gto like it then  it just became another job ... Always on time never late... Wasnt to bad  over all ..Felt lots of tension too

while schanks was open it was very fun to work at i enjoyed it very much the pay was great but the people that i worked with made it worth it if i had the chance to work there again i probably would

was a good place to work, weekends were usually steady during the holiday season due to corporate parties. Big sporting events such as boxing and mma were also a big draw 

I really did have a blast working here, I meet some really awesome people. I also learnt many new things about cooking. it can get really fast paced in there.
