Managing a team of 30+ employees and mentoring them. Managing customer relationships and building strategic partnerships

Customer Centric and customer first attitude. Very driven and work smart than work hard.

Managing multiple customers at the same time makes it hard, especially, when we have multiple top priority requests from each of them at the same time.

Keeping customer happy and surpassing their expectations. Making sure team is happy and we all grow as a team.

learning new things,specifically techy stuff. Good Environment and co workers.

Orders that is changing constantly. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back environment. helping one another.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start with Opening emails, checking orders, waiting for Deliveries of Machines and Parts. general cleaning.

SGMS is now a very large supplier in the gaming space and provides a wide variety of gaming products beyond slots and Systems. Due to their size and integration of multiple business lines operations are sometimes challenging and disjointed.

Worst Higher management - People who don't know the value of hard work are at the higher management level without having any skillset, then imagine about the lower level employees standings.

Give ample time to learn and grow , nice company to work in, if someone is passionate and serious about work 
Remote work available,  honesty and hard work , always pays off 

Worked 8 hrs for them with 20hr days and after getting hurt on the job they laid me off! Terrible  company to work for. Management are liars and don’t promote with in the company. Expect to have no life

Good company for starters and you can get the opportunity to work on the Unique domain that is Casino domain. Freshers will learn a lot as they have to do everything independently.
