Backstabbing place to work for, My Job was eliminated by head office from people i never met.  I was not dismissed but rather forced into a resignation that Ontario labor and EI classified as constructive dismissal.  So i received EI ins as an ongoing claim until it ran out...and by then Covid protocols I was at least able to receive cerb payments, then CRB and now CWLB...............have not worked since.  What a change from when i was fist employed as i felt this was a good fit for me and considered working for them long term even though was only seasonal i felt part of the team, would have rated them 5 stars then, started in Sep 2019 stopped working Feb 2020.

Generally consisted of arranging Scotts products in store to ensure they are stocked and ready for sale. Does require some travel, but nothing too far. Managers generally allow you the freedom to maintain the stores as you see fit, and the hours are fairly standard. Good money for the job.

You’re just a number to the company they don’t care about you at all. You need to put in at-least 70hrs to get a good pay, they’ll have you doing a job that requires 2 people alone sometimes and when it’s a solo job they’ll have two of you doing it. Company management is bad they have clowns as supervisor's

I work within logistics of the company.   I find the upper management is cut throat.  Still idea's and take all the credit.  Specific managers was a director and is now a VP is not trustable and takes credit for his employees doing the job creating cost savings and then takes all the credit.  If he feels you are a threat he makes you look bad.

Pros:
lots of personnel changes = new opportunities, opportunities throughout country, solid brands, good bonus program, promotes young talent, good benefits (health, ESOP, tuition reimbursement)

Cons:
job security lacks due to constant flux, CEO unapproachable, not confident in execution of core values and mission statement, teamwork lacking

I really enjoyed the job, enjoyed managing a great group of staff. I also won Rookie of the Year in 2015 and Sales Manager of the Year 2016 which I was given a trip of a lifetime boat cruise, it was amazing.

Drove a fork lift , organized product packages. Worked in a fast paced environment and multi tasked during each work shift. Took instructions well and learned new things about the job. Worked well with others as a team.

Great place to work. Good benefits Training provided, management is very supportive. Fast paced, accurate work environment. Time flies by as always something to do. 

8-1/2hr shifts.  Just put in your hours and leave.  Don't get involved in anything.  Management is a farce.  Trust no one.  Just be a drone for 8-1/2 hrs and you'll survive.
