Workloads differ depending on location but it seems everyone gets paid the same, or less than they should be getting paid. I covered a shift for a co worker with deliveries out of the same pharmacy and quickly found out I was easily doing light work compared to my regularly overloaded route. If it’s Thursday @Oshawa forget it! The suspension on my vehicle was damaged and when I brought it up to management they denied any knowledge of the work capacity and offered a measly $2 raise. No it’s not worth $22/hr if your putting $50 gas in to drive for 3hrs adding major wear and tear to your vehicle. It’s tough on your body and tough on your vehicle if you don’t have a van. I gave 2 weeks notice after finding out the pay inequalities and weighing pros vs cons … they withheld my last pay. Management plays the game.

You are an independent driver, delivering prescriptions to residence from pharmacies. Mostly seniors so you need to be patient with them.

They have locations all over Ontario. All work is done thru their App.
There is no office that I know of. The two people that I have dealt with are very easy to work with.
It seems work is Part Time, so a good job to earn extra money. You are using you own vehicle so  you have to count of cost of gas, and wear and tear. You are responsible for your taxes also at the end of the year. similar to Uber ,or Skip.

Every week you are ask on your availability, so if you need time off it works for that.
Once you learn the system it is pretty smooth to operate. 

If you think being with a company for years means something guess again. They will  take money from your pay without your knowledge. Then terminate you for asking for it. If you want to work for a company that couldn’t care less about you and your life, that couldn’t care to give you a raise, then this is the company to be a part of. Easily the worst management team to have for a company. When you try to communicate with management they will just ignore you and leave the chat. (Or just straight up ignore you.)

Although the work is to drive alone, the team in office help drivers at any moment. As this is about medication delivery, it is important to commit the time of duty. And, need to give certain flexibility of work time since the number of deliveries are not expected precisely. Some deliveries may take more time, EG. Due with payment, wrong address given, lifts under maintenance, sudden request from pharmacist....

Working at Script Runner has been a great experience. The job offers flexible hours, making it easy to balance work with other commitments. Love working here, all co workers and management are wonderful, helpful people. Love the customers we deliver to, they start to become friends. Would recommend this job to anyone who wants flexible hours, and everybody having your back, if things don’t go your way!

Hires you as a contractor but treats you as an employee. They don't follow their own contract. Terrible communication. Zero benefits. Once this company has to hire employees, they will crumble. They took nearly $2000 off my paychecks before terminating me.

Satisfying work, bringing relief to patients who cannot get to the pharmacy and get the meds they need themselves. Great job and awesome coworkers. Managers are always available when needed. 

Its a great job, not very fond of the unpredictable hours and start time. Also dislike that i have to use my own vehicle and no benefits, very low pay especially when you deduct gas expenses
