What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None really that I have experienced. It is a easy going shift Job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone work  together as a team  with  great  communication skills , respect  and  great work experience  for  their clients hygiene care and other care needs. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great work experience  on the Job and great clients, so I always look forward in  working  with my clients by giving them  great hygiene care and  good  companionship  everyday , I live , love and learn what I  do.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Getting to know my  Clients and build that trust with them and learn different task on the Job. Also working as a team  Candidate with Senior Helpers is a great experience.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with Clients who don’t  like you and don’t want to build trust in you also they attact  you verbally and mentally with objects and their  out of control languages.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is an agency.  I work in healthcare  environments 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great! I always very eager to meat and get to know my Clients at work

I really appreciated the office staff.  They were always available 
Wished there was more hours

I did not find anything stressful working at Senior Helpers- just needed more hours 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excellent- one thing I really appreciated was when I was given a new client- manager would meet and introduce me to new client.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just needed more hours,  had to go where there was work

I was trained  in London England as an RPN, worked in ICU  and CCU Units for 10 years ,  also at Sunny Brook  Hospital.   Also in the US.  Now working for Senior Helpers,  it's  not actually  a hassle , the  Clients are very respectful  to the Staff. Which makes the job very satisfying.  That is why I get up to go to work  every day.  But  the pay is definitely  not encouraging.  As a professional  individual  I will  continue  to do the best for every  Client I go to.

No one is taking hiring and filling jobs seriously here. There is a constant revolving door of ad posts with someone emailing you on weekends to speak on the phone. Basically you answer questions and they disappear,  then the process happens all over again wasting people's time.  Unprofessional, not respecting weekends and treating this like some kind of game on facebook. I will never contact them again for anything and will not work here.

Senior Helpers maintains a productive, professional, and exciting atmosphere that draws you in and keeps you motivated. Changes are quite common so adapting is important. The employees are excited and focused on the business of caring for others.  There is no shortage of team comradery and support. I highly recommend Senior Helpers!

I would not say I have a particular stressful part, cause al jobs has it's own stressful part

Very lively work environment and the work culture is nice 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just like everyother work day there is.

A typical day at work includes providing companionship to clients, I found that amazing and learned a lot talking to senior clients. Light housekeeping and meal prep.  Exercise, accompanying clients to hospital appointments.



I have a very active lifestyle and working with SH allows great flexibility. The scheduler is amazing with working around my life and they don't hassle you to take shifts. Their clients are easy going, not difficult. I enjoy working here, besides the pay. They are one of the lowest paid companies, but they make up for it with flexibility. 

They know covid is still on a rise , and they will send 4 different workers to a Client house . They need to reduced that for the safety of their clients.  Also stop putting workers who or not qualify to take care of the clients . The management need to paid the workers more .
