I enjoyed my time with Sensi Brands and at the same time I didn't enjoy it. It's small and growing and that may be awesome for some folks who are willing to stick around, but with little structure, it didn't always make sense. At the same time though, the pressure made it very challenging and if you enjoy that, I'd recommend working here. Things always seem to be in flux. Promises are not always kept, some are kept and sometimes it just didn't make sense. The culture is an interesting one and that really all depends on who you work with, if they decide that they like you and if you're okay with being spoken down upon. That being said, that is only in certain departments. Some folks have made it a dismal place to be and that is super unfortunate, because without them, the culture would flourish and yield much better results. Nepotism also happens here and that is a very large problem that hopefully is addressed. People seem to not listen to management and do as they please.. you'll also find certain parts of management will blame other management about their own shortcomings or progress. 

If you do take the initiative, you won't be rewarded. But if you quit, lash out or act a fool, you'll be given chance upon chance to prove yourself.  So that may work for you? 

Be careful if you choose to work here, because you'll be "family". I don't know about you, but that isn't ever a good mix and kind of a red flag. 

All in all, not the worst place, but definitely wouldn't be jumping into it without first knowing some of the finer details.

Management often covers for each other. Fabricate fake write ups especially and treat you horribly if you are not part of their ethnicity or family. They promote family and close friends and treat most other unfairly. Not a place I would recommend work at. 

The work is very menial and boring but the the pordcution staff make it worht it until managment gets involved and destrys everything with little to no understanding of what they are doing, do not waste your time working here.

Nothing. This is a terrible place to work.

Everything. Everyone is absolutely crazy

I have enjoyed working for Sensi for over a year now. It’s been awesome to see the company grow over the past year. I enjoy the work I do and my colleagues are great. I’d recommend Sensi to my friends and family. 

Management was a joke , the room was more like high school ,all the team leads hate each other.  No structure always Chaos. One lead gets away with everything 

The most enjoyable part of the job was work with my team. 
The hardest part of the job was wear too many hats and try to complete task in not time or last minute.
