I worked as a lot attendant they rushed to hire me only to fire me a week later for no apparent reason so job stability is the edge of a knife here it would seem so especially when they seemed like they wanted me so bad. some of the people are saying the managers are goofs but its not really the case its a family owned and operated business and they have worked their most of their lives. they know how to do their jobs and i had no issues with any of them and was treated fairly well in all retrospects. I was happy with the work flow and it kept me on my toes I don't know why they let me go after even spending money on a new work uniform that i never received but over all the work there was alright.

This is truly the worst possible place a licensed technician could ever work. This dealership is a revolving door and just a plain horrible place to work. Management is very awful and degrading with extremely poor pay for a licensed mechanic. Please walk through the shop and see or meet the miserable technicians working at this place before moving your toolbox here.

Seven View Chrysler is an enjoyable workplace. Staff is respectable and outgoing, it is easy to get along with my fellow coworker. Even though it is a family oriented workplace they make you feel like family.  Everyday you learn something new, the job is never boring. They provide you all the right tools to be successful at your job as well as pointers if you need help.

The worst company you could ever work for
- the service manager is a goof
- the pay is beyond terrible and you have to run around like a donkey just to survive
- the shop foreman is a goof and does nothing all day and makes 150k a yr while everyone else in shops struggles to make 50k a yr
- service advisers are terrible
- six days work week for garbage pay with the same pizza every Saturday

During my time working at Seven View Chrysler, I have definitely learnt a lot. It is a very family oriented environment and the managers provide you with the best possible tools and information needed to be successful within the workplace. I can honestly say there are opportunities to grow within the company.

Very upsetting experience and lots of lies from management regarding pay and structure. Terrible management and no honesty and integrity. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They will pay you the least amount of money as possible only to juice you so management can take home there six figures.

Worked there before came back to give another shot.. still the same apprentices are forced to work flat rate 
Lucky to even make 3 hours 
Shop is never busy reason because of the bad reputation

Shop Forman is a Good Guy tho 
But the place is trash

Very badly run dealership, being in sales there is death by a 1000 knives, an incredibly slow dealership, the owners and management do nothing to drive business into their store!

Seven View Chrysler is a great place to work.  
It;s very family like, everyone is helpful. Management is great and very caring.  
I would highly recommend this place to work.  
We  have a great team , and i think with the right people we can be even better!!
I have always been happy here, no complaints.
