I absolutely love working for Sharp , the technology they have is fantastic which makes things fast and efficient for the staff and the clients. The president is the best !  working really hard always promoting the company and so humble. He is so easy to talk to and truly cares about not only the success of the company but the staff too. The vice president  is the best leader I ever had , always keeping us up to date on what's going on and providing feed back. Treating you as an equal and values your input. She is patient and understanding and takes the time to make sure you fully understand what is required. The in house trainer is always on top of things making sure you have enough hours and the information you need.
The people at Sharp are truly amazing everyone works hard to get the job done and always have a smile on their face. It is clear by their attitudes that Sharp is a firm believer in the work hard play hard motto.
At times it can be really busy but the ALL for one team atmosphere gets the job done and this makes the time go by faster.

Lots of learning potential. The support from the team leads was there and the training was adequate and thorough. However, the management is disgustingly pretentious with no compromise. Disciplining for petty things. When I was hired, employees were dropping like flies. Instead of addressing the real issue (the wage), they decided to throw a party instead. The commission is actually a commission of a commission and is hidden in the contract. Management also discourages discussing your wage with your co-workers. You can work your butt off at this company and still get nowhere. They'll only focus on your mistakes no matter how small they are. 

Overall, this company is out of touch and is reluctant to change and will do anything to avoid compensating their employees appropriately even after experiencing the "Great Resignation" first-hand.

"Expect to work longer hours compared to others. Limited breaks; anticipate working during lunch hours to meet targets. Lack of a comprehensive training schedule for new hires. The management culture is toxic, lacking professionalism, and termination without cause is possible. The workforce is understaffed."

I have been at Sharp for over 4 years.  It is a great place to work.  We have grown a lot in the last few years. This has improved the work life balance.  

Management is incredible at Sharp.  Always there for you. Sales manager is the best. 

Sharp continues to grow and the job opportunities are endless.

I very much enjoy working at my current position but the only reason I am looking for something else is because my commute to work and home is an average of 3 hours which makes my days a 12 hour day. I'm looking for a job that has a healthier work/Life balance for myself since I am a very active person who likes to experience new things.

I have been enjoying my time at Sharp insurance and have nothing bad to say about the company, I am a man that strongly believes in creating your own destiny. Right now is time for me to expand and be in a place where I am in more control of my earnings.

Did not feel the support from management was there when needed.
Busy and fast-paced environment

Learned how to handle clients who were unsatisfied with their policies/service

Sharp Insurance is The best workplace I have ever worked in. super busy place to work in but no pressure. The management team is the best.

- Useless and arrogant mico-managing leaders
- Treated employees like children who looked to discipline vs. helping them.
- Toxic
- Low pay
- No advancement





Supervisor are not supportive ,  call centre working environment is very noisy!  Anyone likes the office politics is the best to work over there! 
Personally, not recommend this company!
