The work shift is usually good and the pay is reasonable. 
The female managment has a dislike for male employees while also being grossly inexperienced and undertrained to do their jobs properly.
Managment has been placed in their positions because of family relations or personal friendships and competent people from outside the group appear to be a threat instead of an asset to the operations group.
Sharp has been recently purchased and more changes, roll-backs and layoffs are imminent as the larger company will look to cut operational overhead or merge Sharp with an existing company in the group.

You are constantly pushed, they want to run over your log books, but pay is good.  Their is poor management in the office, they take their problems out you as a driver. They do not properly train, as well as they constantly blame the driver for the offices mistakes. They play favorites to employees that are there to ruin other drivers positions. They loose paperwork then blame the driver, as well as they don't get you home like they promise.

You got benefits take advantage go get some nice Versace glasses for you and your family how ever you like

They don't got work that's a straight answer rest is up to u to see. If you good at the sucky sucky you maybe get lucky

Good company to work for with consistent work and job security with no spring layoffs and the dispatchers know what they are doing with no forced dispatch  
You can schedule your own days off pay and benefits are good 
Equipment is fairly new and kept in good running order and they have their own shop with a wash bay 
Safety is also on the ball and available to answer any questions you might have 
I can see me being here for the next few years at least

Management was a joke back from 2021-2024 and now I hear from employees and customers that it’s so much worse. I’m not surprised. Your hired and advanced based on who your related too. There is no benefit to being a hard worker at sharp. 

Part of the TFI Company as of Jan 2024.  Management is horrible it’s lie after lie after lie.  Your only respected if your related to someone at the top.  Disorganized and complete chaos as they don’t know how to run a company.  
Safety Department are useless and a bunch of pylons.  Whether your  driver or shop employee or office staff they don’t care they LIE to your face and it starts at the top in this company.

Bad management likes to play games. don’t listen to driver concerns. no on-site washrooms at the various loading or unloading sites. likes to yell at drivers. seem to be a revolving door high turn over no training for job how to operate their tanker. sneaky about pay have to fight for your hours if certain jobs out of the normal it’s guess pay. 

A growing company with good people, good equipment,  and very competitive pay.

Sharp Trucking attracts and retains quality drivers and talent mechanics, as dispatcher that allows me to do my best work planning loads and meeting the needs of our customers. 



Equipment is good, in house maintenance, pay is average for OTR, not oil patch wages though. Yards in Edmonton and Calgay. Work is inconsistent. Busy one week then slow the next.
Sharp was just recently bought out by Quebec base Tranforce in early 2024.
