Its a typical call center environment with supervisors always alert and on top of everything. Staff is really awesome and easy to get along with. Pay should increase for TSR

There seems to be an effort to improve things,, which means things are getting better continuously,, that’s a great thing,, people stick around for years ( to me , that’s pleasant)

Always challenging and rewarding.  Always learning new things and meeting new clients.I have learned so much regarding many types of different events from the Social market, to the Wedding market, to the Corporate market.

Great experiences at Shaw but follows a union style environment on hours. It is not a full time job all year round and when winter hits hours become short and they dont tell you about this before they hire you.

It was a decent job, my manager and co workers were all really good people and it was a good place to work at, the only down side was you dont get many hours but I didn't really mind as I was a full time student and it worked with my schedule perfect.

Pay for most jobs is above 18.00 per hour.

Most of your co workers are friendly. 

Lots of overtime if someone needs extra money from 35 hours to 50 hours per week

Enjoyed working here but didn't get many hours. great first job! Lovely people to work with and super friendly and fast paced environment. Free hot drinks while on shift and staff has first dibs on left overs.

Working at the arena is a great first job as well as a fun, productive environment. The customers can be aggravating however, but the friendly staff make it worth while.

worked at a fitness centre , daily duties, ran cashier , assisted customers. The best part of the job was interacting with the people , during events is always nice to make someone smile

busy place, learning something new every day, never boring, offering excellent customer services is the best reward, excellent management, very well organized
