No stress .you could work free stress but in discipline and work complete in time

Give good production. Complete work in time

The work is is very simple, maybe even too simple at times. Lots of opportunities for overtime. The benefits weren't great. Management treated me well, but the turn over rate was pretty high, and some of the temps were terrible to work with. For the most part i enjoyed the job, but the hours can take a toll on your body and social life.

typical day starts with the maintenance supervisor telling you to carry out his dirty work and ends with how little you know. 
Equipment is very old and absolute and tends to break a lot

I have not worked at this company for over 5 years.  
In the beginning it was a fantastic place to work but as time went on changes were made and unfortunately things declined.  
As a result when I left my opinion of the company was very negative

Horrible place to work, no advancement what so ever. 
Typical day of work starts with no justified criticism. No career advancement , no training, No feedback regarding your work.

Overall good company, great work environment, less pay, great flexibility, no advancement, relax - no stress at work. I wil stay more if they can pay more.

Work is repetitive and can be boring for most. Pay and benefits is ok for working in the city and being home every night. Get to work inside year round which is nice 

Good atmosphere, managers and co-workers were great to work with.  Spent 27 years there , made lifelong friends and learned a great deal about industry.

Its like a breathe of fresh air, if your looking for more challenging and career growth this is the place to be. Great benefits and ataff are willing to guide you
