 It's an MLM. The typical work day was 10 hours, starting with a morning meeting where sales tactics are learned. You were required to have your own transport to the event sites. The job was setting up in parking lots at grocery stores or gas stations (in any weather) and trying to sell them car wax and cleaning products. This included approaching shoppers, whether they were walking by or pumping gas and giving them a rehearsed pitch to let you do a demo of the product and then telling them about the product "deals". Sometime I was even encouraged to approach people who were sitting in their car with the window up (which usually frightened them). I pretended to be happy by chanting a daily "go team go!" ritual in the morning, but then was to go home cold and defeated from having people swear at me all day for ambushing them while they're just trying to do their shopping. It was the only job I've ever quit without giving two weeks notice and without having something else lined up first.

I learned more each day in regards to the office work and the fieldwork combined to ensure that I was always growing and that we were always growing every day to all reach our goals. I recommend this opportunity to anybody who has a student mentality, strong work ethic and a great attitude.!

This was the most fun I ever had at a summer job! The hours are super flexible, so you can take any time off you need. They teach you all the systems and sales techniques to succeed and the pay was very fair.
My first two weeks I made on average 800$/week but once I found my groove,  I made up to 2200$ per week (average was 1400$)! 
You can also move up in the business quick. Most people start out entry-level (so its fair) but you can move into management in less than 3 weeks. By my second month, I was a team leader. That meant I hired my own employees, trained them! Almost sad I had to go back to school but I'll be back next year!

It’s an amazing place to learn and have fun. It pushes you out of your comfort zone to advance yourself and your career. There are so many opportunities for advancement, including owning your own business. It’s a privilege to be part of this team.

You are expected if not required to work 7 days a week, they promote/demote for abstract reasons and their company got so much flak that they had to rebrand to genesis acquisitions and executive acquisitions. Make no mistakes, this is an LML that will suck you dry.

You learn a lot about how to professionally build good relationship,  close a sale and proven systems that can be applied everyday to enhance sales.

Definitely a very professional pace maintained in the office. They really care about everyone and the management program is an opportunity to work for individual goals as well as team goals. 

You work 10 hours a day and only make commission, pushing their product into the hand of everyone you see and overwhelming them with your pitch using scripted notes that they make you memorize.

its direct sales, you work long hours in bad weather just to pitch to people who don't care.  I would not recommend it. I personally quit within a couple weeks.
