This position (delivery driver) started off great. Nice people, an actual happy place to work. That all went downhill fast. The job itself was fine as all you’re doing is delivering packages to people’s doors with the occasional heavy box. The problems lie with the technology they use and management. Firstly, all of the vehicles used are shared between all of the drivers each day, which is fine. The problem is that nobody ever made an effort to clean the vans of their garbage or more importantly, potential viruses. Once in a while they hand out a bit of sanitizer in a dip container or 2 wipes in a bag that do nothing. I had to buy my own disinfecting spray and wipes. The “rabbits” (cell phones) are a big issue as well. Constantly sending you in circles making your route the most inefficient it can be. The management are 2 face and love to play favourites. High turnover rate, they fire you for no reason right before your 3 months is up. Probably to avoid paying benefits or not needing a reason to let you go as they are very cheap there. I always had a constant feeling I was going to be next seeing all of these people being fired that were good at their job. There’s a lot more I can write but I’m tired of wasting my time with this company, just don’t work there. 

Simplify is simply incredible. Ive been working with the company for the past year & has been the best workplace I have had so far without a doubt. The staff is amazing, there is a positive environment & most importantly, employees are treated with respect & are actually cared for. 5 stars is an understatement. This company goes above & beyond for their employees speaking from personal experience & witnessing it for other employees as well. Everyones questions/concerns are listened to and accommodated and also, every employee is recognized. Being a part of this company is truly a blessing and its fair to say, “Im living the dream” working with Simplify Supply Chain Solutions!!

Safety is not a big concern for them . Unreasonable amount of work load to be completed in a short amount of time, it's physically demanding especially on the knees and will burn you out. Management does not communicate properly and any concerns you bring to them is disregarded. This puts a target on your back. They say your family one min and let you go the next if you question any misgivings about the company. 

Horrible management that plays favorites.  They deliver for amazon so expect 150 stops a day, 5 days a week.  There is no work equality amongst employees within this company. Some employees receive preferential treatment than others and have work easy for them.  They don't care about employees at all.  High turnover rate, no benefits as they will let you go before you're eligible.  

I worked with Simplify for just over 2 years and had a great experience. Very fast paced environment but that is like any other fast growing company. I started with this team from when they had only 3 employees to now they have over 82 employees! 

Unfortunately I had to relocate for family but I will miss this team dearly. Great group of people!

Shady from day 1. Never honest with the employees. Every pay week is a headache: They play with your working hours, or they don't pay you at all and push your payment to the next week with very silly excuses; after a year of such torture, I left this company and am not paid my last weeks money till date. working with this company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Was promised alot, but the ceo constantly changed in her mind, reversed course and gone back on her word.  Executives were brutal to reach and constantly worked in secret.  I was never trained on any systems and the company zero process for new customers.

Working at Simplify is very enjoyable as there is always work to keep yourself busy. My co-workers are pleasant to be around. The hours are consistent, but the workload increases dramatically during the holidays. Which is great because more overtime is available. Great place to work! 

I worked with this company for about 7 months.the only reason I had to leave was because I had to move,and  travel time would have been way too much. I really enjoyed the atmosphere,  all team members were very helpful and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, great management..

On my first day at work, I was impressed at how welcoming the work environment was. I worked here for a while and made some money and some friends along the way. I have worked a few different places and this one was very good.
