Great teammates, customers love coming around just to hang out and chat. Would be great if management weren't so out of touch, on numerous occasions they ask for the impossible, and when you ask for resources, they say no without much of an explanation or reason, just don't want to eat into their annual bonus i guess

I’d get in, clock in and get right to work depending on what machine was open I’d either take the 244 or the forklift and stock the front pre-cast with pallets of brick wherever needed, when not busy but usually the customer rush was enough to carry us through a work day

I was here for two seasons and saw two different managers, both of which were very agreeable. Work can be hard but coworkers were great. Staff physical health was important during extreme weather conditions. Learned how to operate heavy-duty machinery - front end loaders, kubota tractors. 

Management wants to see everyone succeed, but the work can been physically demanding at times and this is coming from someone who has been working manual labour for 3 years. If you are a mostly operating a forklift then it can be quite slow and boring at times. 

Good to get your foot in the door somewhere else running equipment. Pay is rough if your not a student. Good management if you actually work, otherwise its just a daily fight.

Upper management doesn’t care about the well being of branch workers. Do not provide budget for adequate amount of employees then get upset if phones are left ringing because everyone is running around to help customers 

An active place to work, lots to learn on the go about products and procedures. Open communication on expectations, though sometimes inconsistent with follow through.

Have been in my current role for a year. Management and workmates are easy to work with. No such thing as a stupid question.  Definitely opportunities for professional growth.

Busy place and lots to learn. Summer is crazy busy, as you are dealing with people in front of you and having to answer the phones as well.your day flys bye.
